Yes I cooked them for about 30minutes in the instapot. Make sure you cook them good enough.

I’m getting budgies from a neighbour. I couldn’t find a proper seed mix, so I went on RUclips for a make your own list. I’ve bought
linseeds, chia seeds, hulled millet, pumpkin seeds, hemp seeds, oat groats, quinoa, porridge oats, almonds and walnuts. Are all of these things ok for their seed mix or is anything missing? I also have cuttlefish bone for them.
