As my husband is Canadian PR since last 8 years. Now we got married in this may month and I put my spousal PR file on dated 29th Oct 2021 So could give some information 1.when will I get AOR(application no.)? 2.When will I get visa? How much time it gonna take? 3.Can I apply dual intend visa once I put my spousal PR file?Has Canada allow me to give visitor visa?
Let me respond to each question. 1. There is no definite time one can suggest on the movement of each stage, or even getting an AOR. You will have to wait for any communication from IRCC. 2. As said above, timelines for any application can be dependent on multiple factors and cannot be gussed. But in general you can think of it as overall 1 year. 3. Definitely! You can apply for visitor visa and acknowledge in it the dual intent. If the immigration officer is convinced then you would get visitor visa much quicker than the sponsorship file. All the best for the application process.
Hey Mansi, I understand that the anxiety around the wait but I hope I could give you any timelines. All I would suggest is stay positive and keep hopes high. I know it easier said than done, but trust us - time will fly by.
Detailed video, can you tell me if it is worth moving to Canada if someone has a well-paying job in India with good growth prospects? What was your major reason to move to Canada?
It all really depends on an individuals position in life, what someone want from moving to another country, and finally job opportunities. Seeing that Canada's immigration plans have been due to Covid there is going to a lot of opportunities for new immigrants. I had secured PR status in 2018 and had been following closely job opportunities in my field of work, and based on first hand experience I decided to move. Besides this there are other various reasons of moving to Canada for which I will put out a detailed video in future. :)
Hi, thanks for the video. Very informative. I have 1 quick query if you have can help me with it . I have a Canadian PR and I applied for my wife’s spousal visa under Outland applicant on October 4, 2021 while being in Canada. I am yet to receive any acknowledgment or file no. from IRCC. I want to go back to India but I want to know if that’s okay or do I need to stay here till file number comes ?
Hi there, as per the process only if you are in Canada as a PR you can sponsor your spouse but I do not think there’s any harm if you want to meet your spouse for few weeks and want to go out of Canada. Its best if this trip can be max 3-4 weeks just to avoid any issues. Since you do not have an AOR and by bad luck if your application is returned while you are away you wouldn’t want to miss that. During our process I travelled to meet my wife for 3 weeks. All the best for your process, and do subscribe to our channel! :)
No, it is not compulsory to fill in IMM547. However, if the sponsor fills in the the form and mentions himself (or herself) as the representative of the Primary Applicant then the sponsor (who is now also the representative) can communicate with IRCC on behalf of the Primary Applicant. For instance, the sponsor can then call IRCC and ask for any update on the file. If the sponsor is NOT the representative then the application update cannot be shared with the Sponsor. Only the PA will be able to ask that.. Also, from what I know, once you have your Application Number (which comes in AOR email from IRCC) you can then submit the IMM5476 using a webform. Hope this helps. If you found this helpful I will appreciate if you can please like the video, and hit Subscribe. :)
Is your file was paper bases or was it online ..? tell me as soon as possible. Sir paper file main hame update milti hain ya wo bhi updates agent ko yaati hain ..?
Ours was Paper application. In either mode of application, any file update will go to representative, which can be a paid agent, or can be unpaid representative like the sponsor themselves.
@@OleCanada Sir agar hum agent ke pass file lagwaaye ton updates agent ke pass jaayegi right 👍🏻 Sir agar hum hamara phone number ya email address agent ko de or agent hamare phone or email haamri file main add kr de ton sir hum ko updates milegi k nyi ..?

Hello, The checklist (IMM5533) and the guides (Basic/Complete) has asked for photocopy of PR card and there is no mention of using CoPR as a replacement. So, I would not recommend sending file until you get your PR card. However, while you wait for your PR card you can work on getting employment letter (Part B-Point 5) and Notice of Assessment which is CRITICAL to quicker processing of your application. Hope this helps.
What are the required dacuments Canadian national need to bring with her to marry a foreign nations in a foreign country like India/Pakistan and how to obtain these documents. Kindly make a detailed video on it.
List of documents needed really depends on case-to-case and it is best to locate them in the Document Checklist that I have talked about in lot of my earlier videos. You might find them helpful.

Hi Hardeep, thanks for reaching out. I didn't understand the scenario. Are you referring to the 'primary applicant is in Canada' as the person who is going to apply for PR under CEC? If that is the case then this person will not be called Primary Applicant when we talk about Family Sponsorship. The spouse (who is in India and NOT applying for PR under CEC) will be the primary applicant. You can reach us on our instagram handle if you further queries. :)
Hai sir, I have a question.. If I came to canada on study permit. Can I sponsor spouse visa immediately after landing in canada. Or do I need to wait for atleast 6 months?? Please reply sir.
You would in that case be applying for an Open Work Permit for your spouse and not sponsorship. Only Canadian Permanent Resident or Canadian Citizen can apply for sponsorship of family members (in this case, Spouse). There are lot of good Facebook groups that you can join that are only for Spouse Open Work Permits. Hope this was helpful.
There is no definite answer to this. I have seen cases wherein PPR came in after 4 months and cases when it has also come on the same day as PPR/DM. I would suggest you to wait and keep faith. If you have made it till DM then I am sure PPR is just around the corner. All the best! :)
Hi. if we are sending our application by our self should we have to fill representative form? is it necessary for sponsor to be a representative of his or her spouse (principal applicant)?
No, it is not necessary for sponsor to be the representative. It is just an added benefit by way of which the sponsor can communicate with IRCC on behalf of the applicant. It is good to fill but not a necessity.
Ok, so if I don't fill that form in that case me the sponsor will not be able to communicate with IRCC, the applicant himself communicate to them when needed?
Who usually receives the messages like biometric request and medical request from IRCC, both of us or only the applicant in the case when no representative form filled out.
@@muneebdamri862 we are not a 100% sure because in our case the sponsor had filled up the representative form. Anyways, in our case most of the times updates have been received by the sponsor (who is representative too). And these updates are mostly like ‘there’s a message received in your cic account’. Only the PPR request was received directly by the applicant. In your case we believe such messages will land in the applicants mail box.
It is absolutely fine. Your application is not going to be returned - at least NOT for this form. You are all good. Nothing to worry. Stay positive and good luck with your application.
