  • Muhammad Ali's grandson Nico Ali Walsh has recently made headlines through his refusal to fight Jake Paul and focus on legitimate boxing. This has raised the question of just how good is Nico Ali Walsh, to answer this we look at his resume and style while also looking towards his future.

Just a quick correction. Stuffed up talking about weights, been watching too much super middle lol and accidentally said what Jake Paul usually fights at instead of actually cruiserweight limit. Middle is 160lb and cruiser is 200lb. My bad, appreciate you all watching ❤️

Yes a short and low key run isn't impressive but a great number of professionals don't even have that many fights total.
He's seasoned, but he's mediocre. I don't believe he'd survive elite opposition, but I think he'd molest Jake Paul.
If they get him a minor title, he'll be fine; but don't put him near the top five.
There's no need to cash him out either, have him defend his minor title against Jake Paul.
Nico should win, keep the party going with low level freakshow defences paid for by the inflated attention from the Paul fight.
Have him "retire" undefeated, the fans will start legitimising his legacy; the more self aware fans will be furious. As the controversy peaks rematch Jake Paul. Could literally make hundreds of millions with fuck all effort lmaoooooo

Nico is a very good journeymen.
