I don't anything changes like that, i think it just updates the tech, to suit the time. like your PC updates automatically, but nothing BIG changes, same with the kit, but it's just manual.. not sure
Hi! I've been knocking my head to the wall for a couple weeks, because I have a problem with my TD11k... I connected it to my computer with the usb cable, however the hihat and one of the crashes don't make a sound when I hit them at the border.. they do work when I hit them at the top center, but not at the border. I found some people experiencing the same problem, however I can't find a solution other than change the midi codes manually. Problem persists with a MIDI cable. Haven't tried updating the system (will do tonight), but have you experienced something like that or heard of something like it? (sorry if my english is not good enough, I speak spanish) Thanks in advance! greetings from Chile!
Try this: In your TD 11 K, go to --> Menu--> System( click on the down arrow twice to find this) --> Pad Settings. Hit the Hi-Hat and increase the sensitivity. This will increase the sensitivity of your Hi-hat and you will hear sound everywhere. Do the same with the crash pad.
Thanks for this. I just bought a used TD-11 kit. I have a couple of basic questions. What cable do I use to connect TD to computer? Can I use computer as external speaker too? Thanks...
Hey buddy. Where have you found the update? Is there any specific site on the internet? And should i use (usb default pendrive) or only pendrives Designed by Roland?
@@ManxKeys, boas!!! O ficheiro esta em WINRAR, temos que descompactar e colocar essa mesma pasta na USB ou podemos copiar o ficheiro em WINRAR para o USB? Obrigado
Thanks for video, may I ask u question? If I update, what actually changes that we can see? Is it more drum kit or what?

goodnight. Did you format the pen-drive in fat32 or in another format?
Which USB are you using? I tried many and none worked, I heard some of them works and some don't.
try a 4gb or 8gb one.
