I lived in the northeast, taradale for 17 years. I used to be much nicer. Unfortunately it has declined quite a bit in that time. You are 100% correct in saying coral springs, redstone and skyview are nicer parts of that quadrant. Now living in arbour lake i notice quite a big difference.
