    So, does l carnitine supplementation increase tmao also? I’ve been taking it for weight loss, but would stop if it’s increasing inflammation and wrecking my gut.

    I read that fermented foods are acidic for teeth and increase gastric cancer by 20%. I wish you had been asked her that.

    So many people focus on fermented foods for gut issues when a lot of us that have gut issues can’t tolerate fermented foods because of the histamines.. 🤔

      If your gut is in dysbiosis, it's best to introduce fermented foods very slowly. They can eventually be so much of what helps heal your gut.
