Can you help me authenticate a Howard Miller? The old wall clock says Howard Miller but doesn't have the logo in between. At 6 o'clock it says Western Germany. I don't think I can send a photo on here

I just purchased a Howard Miller Regulator Clock from a auction. I see it's missing the cover glass and it's not working Do you know the worth of this clock if I get it fixed?

I would estimate the price would be around $200. But I got it for $120 on eBay. Prices may vary depending on the condition. Though a renewed one would be around $200-$300. That’s just my guess. I’m not fully sure.

I read the model label and it did not say Shelburne. It said 612-533
