Drifts N' Lifts everyone has 240’s where I live. People want $1500US for a 740 with +200k miles that they only owned for a few months and know nothing about.
still 940s are pretty common but yeah I payed more than 2000 US$ for mine but with new suspension, brakes and technical inspection (kinda important in Germany) and 160k miles. on the clock... but missle Volvo 940s are around 1000€ here in Germany at least.
I have a 82 245. It has B21FT and i believe a m45, the car was completely stock till I got ahold of it. I got it to learn how to drift but it’s filling in as my daily right now. You can’t really beat redblock reliability.
That volvo rips! I keep hearing the same thing about that track. Super fun but eats up your tires super fast. Hopefully ill go there soon and post in on my channel
Waste of tyres. This track is not for drift. Its like a drift on big sandpaper. Yoy just damaging your tyres, they cant heat up on that surface. Even v8 240 have almost no smoke. Change the track. Sorry for my english and good luck!
Polar Borealis its not as simple as just "changing track" haha. Drifting is about fun for me and i sure had fun at this track . I get tires for free so i dont care if they wear out quickly .

Alebone Volvo people like to rate their cars by torque not hp. Most Volvo motors have more torque than hp, probably due to the height of the block.
Have to agree on the low end torque! Makes it easier to break traction
