You should test the iX charging again, charging curve has changed significantly. It now uses ”max charging performance” scheme. Same for i4.

It’s very strange to me that Kia chose to use a lower voltage pack in the EV9 than the EV6/Ioniq 5 and that its peak charge rate is so much lower even though it’s a lot bigger. The difference between an EV6 and EV9 charging rate between 80-100% is substantial.

Hello, I want to buy a used electric car, I particularly like the Tesla Model S and the Jaguar I-Pace. which one would you recommend? thank you and good videos

Stay far away from the I-pace. It has very short driving range and lots of battery issues. Teslas are much better, and there are tons of other used EV options now. Try to get one directly from an honest first owner rather than from a dealer who's going to charge you more. It's a longer search process but pays off in the end.
But first do your diligent research online and learn to check for battery degradation by watching others do it on videos. There are many videos showing how it's done on Teslas, including Bjorn himself checking for battery degradation on a few videos.

Bjorn the King. I need to know your top 3 EVs. I asked you 2 years ago. I need to know where you put the model 3 performance today.
If it wasn't for you I was going to cancel my order. 2023 model 3 performance was the best decision ever 👏

Hopefully you did not compare it with Xpeng G6 or G9... They should have worked together!!! But the Fisker Ocean has a 106kW battery, so slower to charge in percentage than a smaller battery. BMW iX inefficiency is due to not using the good work of Husqvarna staff and Chinese companies !

The issue is, who's going to guarantee the battery with Fisker no longer around?

that is why they dumped prices. They know nobody trusts them now.
I would not buy a fisker car if it cost 20 dollars... well maybe 20 dollars... but you know what I mean.

The company that wins the bidding war obviously.

Except for the Ocean, all 3 cars only deliver average performance - but in the price range of a Q8 you should actually expect something better - c-rate of sometimes not even 2, which is already available in much cheaper models. And a Lotus Eletre offers here a lot more for a comparable price.
The Fisker has a below-average charging performance, more like the MEB models, but they have a noticeably smaller battery.

And the EV9 isn't the fastest charging Kia either!

That iX session is a joke, that thing claims "99%" while happily eating at least another 6 kWh. 🤣🤣
