If anyone tells you why you shouldn't use the chicken flavor I would like to see them win as much championships as you have. Your a true bbq champion in my book.
Besides, it's his channel, he can do it how he pleases but I would go with what you said first. Most anything that you can put in or on chicken can be put on turkey but like he said there's always a jackass or two in the crowd.
I have fell in love with all the products that I have got so far......you my friend are going to break my bank. The comp. bbq rub, vinegar bbq sauce, and the sweet bbq sauce so far.
Another great video Heath, i love the cast iron smoker. I agree with you. I put pork rubs on beef, beef rubs on pork, and many of them on Chicken. If you ever need any help with anything, i am just down the road from you. Keep smokin..
Well, I have two briskets I’m smoking on my Lang smoker Friday night for an event on Saturday. I see no reason I can’t throw a couple of these on there with them for dinner Friday night!!

Would love to know where folks go to get turkey breasts that size (4-5 pounds each). One of my local butchers just laughed at me.
