Love HR BBQ. You’re the best. Can’t wait to try these sliders. Melting the cheese onto the meatballs is a good idea. Maybe an aioli sauce as well. Yum.
Did the sliders today. Wow big hit. Used my Rec Tec smoker ( about 45min to 160). Used Hawaian buns and toasted with butter. Melted cheese on the toasted buns and topped with a homemade aioli sauce. Definitely will do again soon. Got about 24 sliders with the recipe.
I know u have one video a year ago of a porkchops. I just wondered could u make anymore with creative recipes. I usually use the webber dry rub that gives it a good overpowered salty taste to it. I just wanted to try something different thats not salty that would be very mouthwatering.
@@HeathRilesBBQ little late on the reply there Heath 😂 just kidding. Obviously I still watch and learn from you. You're a big inspiration to me, honestly man. Keep doing what you do Heath! Thank you for the reply
Simple, easy and tasty. My only change is I grate my onion direct in the bowl to make the meatball extra juicy.
Thanks! Not a bad idea
HR has the best products on the market!!
I totally agree!
Appreciate your down to earth style and approach. Keep them coming 😃
Thank you! Will do!
