It's a lovely nursery. It's really nice seeing a nursery that's in use and is obviously a practical space. There's so many that are absolutely pristine and who really lives like that? We've all got slightly random boxes full of stuff in odd cupboards or in a corner.
You know how young kids tend to be really curious about periods and seek out content talking about it? You made that content for me. Which means I was watching precious stars before my period came (on my 12th birthday). I'm turning 21 now, and honestly it's been really nice to have such a stable RUclipsr to watch and feel happy for. You should be so proud !! ❤ nursery looks gorg
I’ve been watching you for years and it’s so good to watch you grow! I’m so proud of how far you’ve come! You taught me about mentrual cups and I still use them to this day
You and Simon made a beautiful baby boy😂🤍
Maybe you could make a teddy out of that soft onesie or put it on a teddy ❤
Awesome idea
Im in awe at the maturity level that you have. You are a natural mom .It’s also wonderful to have family to help out and love on him. He’s beautiful .🇨🇦
I truly appreciate how realistic his room is - for a while I felt like I wasn't trying hard enough because I bought so much second hand and have a lot of stuff that does the job but isn't Instagram aesthetic. I can see now I'm not alone in this!
it's honestly so much smarter to do this! it's such a brief period, and it makes so much more sense for us to hand on the stuff we've used than to throw it out so people have to buy it new! i got almost everything off fb marketplace, it was brilliant.
I've just decided to have my second baby alone too Found out my IUI was successful and I'm 2 weeks along 🎉 been following your channel ever since I started using cloth pads about 5yrs ago
I can't believe how old O is getting already, sleeping in his own room!
I've been watching you for years, previously sending your videos to all my friends who have teen girls re: menstrual cups.
I wanted to comment, because I had been eyeing the curtains, they're gorgeous.. I had a hot air balloon decoration in my room as a kid, or possibly somewhere else in the home, either way it reminds me of my mother. She died last year. So when you mentioned that it's wonderful O has something made by his Gran in his room, it was so sweet. I'm glad you've got amazing grandparents in O's life. Also hilarious that your mum got you the crocheted sperm 😂
Simon the crochet sperm? 😂 lovely nursery Bryony, super sweet!
Really love his room, you just seem to radiate happiness since Oryn was born. You look wonderful and you have a new spring in your step ❤
I love having a stable RUclipsr I can watch that is so relevant to me. When I was a kid and knew I’d be getting my period soon I found you on RUclips. You educated me SO MUCH and led me to menstrual cups which I still use to this day! Now I’m married and grown and we’re 2 year away from starting a family and here you are with baby content! Can you PLEASE do more cloth diaper content? I’ve been looking into that for when we have a baby.
Wait I watched you when you were a teenager and now you are old enough to have a baby?!? Time flies!! Congratulations!!!
Having watched you for a long time, I remember all the changes to the room before now! I love what you've done to it with his things now! Such a practical room but looking good at the same time!
"Tour of the cot"
Made me giggle!
You are sooooooo organised Bryony, Orins' nursery is fantastic, thanks for posting.
I’ve just been watching you for a few months but so lovely to see how many new followers you have! I love your style of content and you have such a lovely style! So happy for you and your lovely baby!! 💕
The crocheted sperm is hilarious 😂
My boy only started sleeping in his own room at 11 months, as that's when we moved into a 2 bedroom place... I'm so glad we have the space now, and he's a tummy sleeper like me.
Adorable happy room! Congrats, I just found out & binge watching everything! You are very brave!
Lovely nursery. The particular blue you chose for the walls is gorgeous.
wonderful nursery, congrats on the baby! I'm excited for you in your journey as a mother, you look absolutely gorgeous by the way. much love 💕
You can get ‘Matte glass’ which is non-reflective :)
Hello! I am on the same journey as you. Single mum thanks to a kind donor. Your content is the best and most real out there! Thanks so so much!❤❤
Thank for this. I live vicariously through videos like this (IVF starts Jan/Feb for me, but can’t help but dream already of everything BABY)
Beautiful nursery! 💚🤍💚🤍
Gorgeous fuzzy onesie looks amazing. Too bad he grew out of it. I wouldn't be able to get rid of it, considering how amazing the fabric is. I might try sewing it up into a fuzzy winter hate for him and a stuffy maybe.
Hey, I know you’ve stated that you are a ‘pushchair addict’ (also guilty!) Im really
nosey and would LOVE to see a complete show and tell of all your pushchairs you currently own! (If you get round to it I know how busy it is being a mama) x
Thanks
Where is your dress from and is it nursing friendly? It's so pretty!
Could you lift up the little corner shelf off the ground and attach it to the wall. What about putting the spare disposable nappies in the muslin cloth cupboard and would the play equipment fit in his wardrobe
Do you remove the changing top when he sleeps? I don’t think I’ve ever seen a crib with one
I think you have to
Do the reusable nappies get smelly in the bag? I am currently trying to decide what I do about nappies. Could you do a video on reusables? I love Simon 😂
Hey, two questions. One, how tall are you? I never noticed before but suddenly you seem tiny, can't tell if it's camera angle though.
Second actually interesting question, have you found looking after a baby when you have more hormonal stuff going on (breastfeeding, postpartum etc) different to looking after a fosterling when you've not got so much going on biologically? I'm nursing my second atm and often wonder what it would be like to look after a baby without all the biological madness going on. I guess not everyone experiences so much but my mood is all over while I'm nursing.
❤❤❤❤❤
Simon the sperm 😂 love all the thrifted items!
Simon the Sperm lol...Beautiful room.
I just change baby on the sofa/floor/wherever. So lazy 😂
Doesn't it smell just put used nappies just in a bag
Simon the sperm, love it 😀
Loving Simon the sperm!
sad to see the ‘first bible’ on the shelf :( I didn’t peg you as someone who would indoctrinate their children into a certain belief system
I don’t think it’s that deep. Her child is already gonna be exposed to Christianity since they’re part of a christian household so what’s the harm in enjoying a couple stories. It’s not like reading the book makes them incapable of deciding what they believe to be true when they’re older.
@@limecandy7099 I have no problem with the bible being presented as just “some stories” or whatever (although a lot of the stories aren’t child appropriate imo), but unfortunately most christian’s teach it as a literal fact, and tell them if they don’t believe in it they’ll burn for all of eternity in hell. it’s kind of hard to make a decision for yourself when you’ve been raised to believe doing so will result in the ultimate punishment
We are culturally Christian but not practicing Christians. That book was given to me when I was Christened by my godmother so I've had it for ages. I think it's important he has an understanding of the religion, and we celebrate the main holidays as times to come together as family but that's it for us.
@@preciousstarsvlogs thank you for elaborating! I apologize if my comment came off as rude/judgmental. I have a lot of trauma stemming from religion in my childhood, so when I see (what I assume to be) that process starting again, I get quite triggered. that being said, i can acknowledge there are definitely lots of cultural lessons/values to be gained from religion. wishing you and oryn the best
@@maryjaneberrys "a lot of the stories aren't child appropriate" that's what children's bibles are for. It's a child-apropriate version with pictures and simple language.
