Awesome Vid! My Favorite technique is the Final Flash Especially the one Vegeta did against Cell. I just love the pose he does when charging the attack and all the lightning released as he is charging it. It would be cool to see Vegeta do a Hakai variant of the blast like "Final Hakai" or "Big Bang Hakai" 😂
I love that you thought of Hakai I almost forgot about it. I really like the Bajee Blast by Vegetto and whatever that move is called that Gogeta does when he pulls energy from the ground and caused Brolly to explode. I would've put that on the list. The Genocide attack is a favorite too although it's never used in a fight. And the Death Ball that buu used to destroy Earth😊
Another point with the Special Beam Canon is also with the Frost fight. After Piccolo is poisoned and he fires it off into the air. Its piercing capabilities shot right through the barrier that Vados made. And people were surprised that it could happen. Furthering just how insane it really is that Piccolo's attack pierced through something created by an Angel.
Neo tri beam always respected in cell saga, tien weren't even powerful as half of the super saiyan but still kept cell at its bay. Lot's of respects ❤❤

My comment on this particular video is that while the spirit bomb sword does negate the drawback of how big it is and being able to be pushed back, I'd like to present a counter argument. Let's say future trunks did the spirit sword with even more donors in the TOP. If Jiren can push the regular bomb back with a mean look, I highly doubt anyone could hit him with it even if it was shaped like a sword. So I think we can all agree that the delivery mechanism of the spirit bomb is irrelevant lol.
I would definitely put also into the top 10 energy attacks like: - x100 Big Bang Kamehameha - Soul Punisher - Final Kamehameha - Godly Display - Final Shine Attack They are not in any particular order, but they can be really powerful.

I wanna say, I think it was a huge miss for Gohan to not have used the Special Beam Cannon against Cell at the end of the Cell Saga. I mean, the set up was perfect, he had a broken arm and had to use his Kamehameha with one arm anyway. There still could've been the heart to heart and pep-talk from Goku and it could've ended the same way.
Gamma Burst Flash should be on this list. An exhaustes Blue Vegeta used it to destroy TWO FUSED ZAMASUS. A combination of Kamehameha and Gamma Burst Flash from BASE Gokū and Vegeta also managed to significantly injure Jiren, more than UI Gokū ever could. This technique is fucking stupid. Light Grenade also deserves a shout. An exhausted Piccolo threatened to destroy 17 with that attack. He was also confident that when contained in Merus' barrier, the Light Grenade would be able to destroy Moro, Gokū, Vegeta, Gohan, and himself. The Light Grenade is no joke. Hakai absolutely deserves the first slot, but especially if you include the manga feats. In the anime, Hakai works like it's some plot device that just erases things from existence. But in the manga, it's far more terrifying that that. When something is destroyed, they release a massive burst of energy. It converts mass to kinetic energy. A pebble, when destroyed with Vegeta's imperfect Hakai, managed to hurt Gokū. They were both in base, but it's still impressive considering Vegeta destroyed a mere pebble.

There is no evidence to even suggest that it would work on multiversal characters like Goku, Vegeta, and co. In Dragon Ball if you're stronger than the opponent then their hax attack doesn't work.
I really wish Toriyama would go more into how technique can change the impact of ki attacks, instead of spamming transformations that pretend they're new (looking at UI acting like we haven't seen dodging).
Star Dust Blaster by Gogeta when he fought Super Janemba just the concept of it is completely different from every ki blast and even the noise it makes when being charged up is different
Nah im going with the god slicer. Zamasu states that is cut into a dimension that is beyond his understanding. He is a kai in training so this is actually stronger than we think as he would have understanding of the multiverse. The macrosm and even zenos realm which has been scaled as high as 8th-11th dimensions in size and this realm could even trancend such realms. All of this from his one attack. Im sorry but god slicer is number 1 in my book
Im a GIGA Simp for Zamasu, originally in my script I had God Slicer as #1 but since he didnt actually damage a person with it I felt like my bias was cheating Goku Black to the top and I swapped it with Hakai. I 100% agree with you though!

100x big bang kamehameha is obviously the strongest one. As kamehameha can defeat about 3 times stronger opponents and imagine 100 times stronger one.
