I think Zeno's guards should be No. 3 on the list. Maybe we didn't see them fight but we can assume they're pretty strong if they're assigned to the strongest being in the multiverse.
Maybe they're only there to guard other people.. like they stop anyone approaching Zeno and accidentally annoying/ angering/ disrespecting them and ending existence 😆

This list actually is pretty up to date especially considering the latest chapter's current events. I'd still put Vegeta and goku ahead of Granolah. I think they've definitely closed the gap. And Vegeta is obviously stronger than Broly and jiren.

anything beyond that is speculation .... some mortals are stronger than gods of destruction, but generally the gods of destruction would take almost continous 12 levels after that give or take few mortals in between like Jiren, Broly, Goku, Vegeta, Gast, Freeza, Granola etc....

we don't know the limits for the other gods of destruction, we know that Beerus is (oe of the strongest) but it was never implied that he is the strongest god of Destruction.

- Tien Shinhan learns the Kaioken through King Kai’s training
- Return of a few forgotten characters: Pikkon, Launch, Erasa, Boru and Upa, King Chappa, Eighter, and Mercenary Tao Paipai
- #DragonBall x #OnePiece crossover filler episode (since both are own by Toei Animation)
- mass destruction, blood spilling, bone crushing, and limbs dismembered are being brought back
- Gohan mastered his Beast mode
- Pan becoming a Super Saiyan
- Tien’s time as a martial arts teacher
- Launch being an active member of the Z fighters team
- Frieza becomes a threat to the Multiverse (thanks to the new “Black Frieza” form he unlocked in the recent DBS manga chapters) and all the fighters in their respective universes are assembled; Goku and Jiren teamup

Good ol' Freezy-pop. He's been a bit of a joke for awhile, its nice to see him regain his long lost menacing Namek-saga swagger, even if it was a bit out of the blue, I've really missed THIS Frieza. Plus the color god never really suited him anyway. Black Frieza, a form that reflects the state of his heart and soul.
Cell will be next. We keep forgetting he has the same potential as Goku, Vegeta and Frieza.

Idk, is boring af seeing Frieza over and over. His retcon is the most stupid in the franchise. He was originally couldn't even fight vanilla SS1 power, but then Toriyama just retcon he was prodigy. Now if he train, he can surpass almost everyone. Not to mentioned...more recolor form, again and again...I swear we need someone else to do character design in DB now. I just don't like Toriyama's touch anymore. He basically abuse his "simple idea" style to the point it felt lazy coz is the same recolor format over and over. Even Toyotaro could not go all-out with his own idea since Toriyama still oversee his work.

In the manga Goku is finally happy about what his father did for him. It brought goku new found honour & pride within the saiyans again.

Moro is stronger than Jiren. Goku BLATANTLY states that Moro is superior to anyone he's fought before, including Jiren, who lost to a WEAKER version of Ultra Instinct Goku.

How embarassing, Majin Buu was one of the most powerful beings ever and now he has fallen further behind. (I know of his power up in the moro arc).
Granted, Buu lost a majority of his immense power when he split between Good Buu and Evil Buu, and thus Uub now has most of the OG Buu's powers (even if he doesn't know how to use all of them). Still, I think that even Good Buu could get in the top ten easily if he trained for 4 months nonstop. And that's ignoring Buu's immortality and absorption.

Simple, but also superior versions of few DB characters and Akira Toriyama did a very nice job.
Not as bad as I thought it would be, but there are some major problems.
Moro was directly stated to be the strongest enemy Goku and Vegeta faced up to that point, and that was before he even reached his full power. That directly scales him above Broly and Jiren. Vegeta with ultra ego is comparable to current ultra instinct Goku, who is above Moro, which scales Vegeta above Broly and Jiren as well.
So Moro's and Vegeta's placements are the main issue, but Hit being above Kefla, Cell Max being that low, and fused Zamasu being that high are also questionable, and in the manga Gohan was equal to Kefla which means she should be below Saganbo, at least in the manga version. Anime Kefla is stronger than manga Kefla so I can't really fault them on that one.

Agree with that. They really put Vegeta below Brolly after he went toe to toe with the strongest in the universe at that time (Grenola).
Yeah I don’t get it. They need to rank based on one point in time and be consistent with it. Cause if Goku is ahead of Jiren and Broly there is no way Vegeta shouldn’t also be. The new movie makes them equals, or even if you still want to give Goku the slightest of edge, fine. But there’s no way they can be that far apart. They give gohan a big boost based on super hero, but not vegeta with ultra ego?
A list like this will always be debatable (there are a few weird things in it and misses charactera like janempa), but they still did do a darn good job of it
Kakarot/Son Goku, Vegeta, Beerus, Freeza, Broly (the 2018 reboot version), Android Eighteen, Cell, Kale, Caulifla, Goku Black, and Jiren the Grey are my most favorite DB characters.
Do a top 20 dragonball special attacks like kamehameha, final flash, burning attack, etc...

Jiren's so powerful, he can have every middle schooler's OC's tragic backstory, and every line of dialogue about him just be people talking about how strong he is, and he'll still have people defending him.

You know Belmod right? i think he is the top 5 strongest G.O.D since he targeted everyone in manga, and that Belmod was surpassed by Jiren who was surpassed by MUI Goku in T.O.P, do you think after all those power ups, Goku and Vegeta had since T.O.P.
Ex.
Moro arc, Goku completes his training and can go UI at will.
Granolah arc, Vegeta unlocks a new form, and it's on par with MUI, later than Goku even further power ups and unlocks True Ultra Instinct.
Even after these power ups, Black Frieza one shotted Gas, UE Vegeta, TUI Goku.
Until Beerus shows greater feats, then one shotting a much weaker Granolah arc SSB Vegeta. Then it's Black Frieza's Victory

Granolah's wish in the definition sense did unlock his latent abilities. However, in the literal sense, it gave him the power he'd had obtained over the course of his life which sacrificed that life span to obtain the potential power of the rest of his life. That and Elec's wish for Gas is the assumed power both would have obtained over the course of their life span but the dragon didn't give reasoning as to how this power and a rate unknown to us came to be. Unless this dragon can see the future and that future to be unhindered by any unforeseeable event (I.E. Future Trunk's multiple visit's which changed the future of that time line....) Like Goku inviting Granolah to Beerus' planet to train to which if he had accepted (he still can in the future) would drastically change the power Granolah would accumulate over the rest of his life but the wish Granolah had made was prior to this being a possibility. Therefore the Dragon's fulfilled wish ain't even close to the power Granolah would be gaining training with Goku Weis Vegeta Broly Beerus etc etc.
The fact the Dragon Monaito created only requires 2 Dragon Balls is an attest to the Dragon's power limit and that his wish fulfilments have a side effect not like the other Dragon's who require 7 Dragon Balls to summon.
I believe vegeta new Ultra Ego form is stronger then broly , and Friza might be on par or even stronger then Berus

I'm 32 and 33 this month and and Goku, Vegeta, Jiren, Broly, Buu, Freiza, Gohan, Trunks and Gottens are the best fighters i have ever seen in anime ever.... who is Santana again?

It’ll be a huge letdown if the past two manga arcs aren’t adapted into the anime when it returns but the fact that the manga events are different than the anime’s and how Super Hero doesn’t line up with the events from the Granolah arc is gonna make it hard for them to make them match up in continuity

I think Grand Minister deserve that number one spot. Zeno could obliterate a universe but he was incapable of getting rid of the angels so what does that tell you.
Grand Minister basically has the ability to get rid of Zeno with no issue at all just like the way Whis can get rid of Beerus.
Although she is #19 on the list, Kefla will still always be my all time favorite Dragon Ball character.
This list just shows how out of touch the ranker was. He disregards Kefla as weak because as a Potara she lost to Goku despite him being ultra instinct. Then followed her with Hit, and Piccolo....
Honestly, there was something I liked about Kefla when I watched DBS during 2018-2020. She was goofy and had a cool design!

Freiza woke up and put on his new drip and one shotted every character in the latest chapter
The problem with these strongest characters lists is that they’re always getting better, while villains who die and stay dead stay the same strength. Vegeta and Nappa were considered the strongest in the universe at that point in the series. And Nappa casually killed like three main characters. So this list should be more about their feats than their strength. Perfect Cell was the strongest character at that time but you take away his strength out of the equation, he doesn’t really have that many big feats besides killing Trunks twice (Though he did kill Goku, something no villain had ever been able to do.) Frieza is notable for his in unbelievable potential to reach crazy heights of strength with minimal training. Majin Buu for nearly causing the end of an entire universe, Zamasu making an entire universe literally himself, etc.
I think at this point Goku’s power is just gonna end up breaking the 4th wall, now that’d be impressive! On a real note tho I think as the series goes on Frieza will get put in his place again, he really deserves it this time
Whew its a very incomplete list without majin buu, i mean even if the writters dont want to utilize him any more he still got the highest potential out of all due to the fact he can absorb anyone. Imagine a buu absorbing, broly, goku and vegeta its game over.
Vegeta should’ve been above jiren, same with Moro being behind Vegeta. Either your not doing your research right or your being completely biased

Canonically, Frieza and Gohan are currently the strongest mortals. The Super Hero movie takes place *AFTER* the Granolah arc, and the new Gamma androids are believed to rival Goku and Vegeta in strength. Cell Max was able to absolutely decimate both of them, and Orange Piccolo, while in an imperfect state. And Gohan Beast STILL gapped Cell Max pretty significantly (he couldn't even punch through his aura). Excited to see what they do with Gohan moving forward.
Nope. Toriyama stated that Cell Max was weaker than Broly, and the Granolah arc already confirms that SSBE vegeta post-Moro arc was already stronger than Broly. So Ultra Ego and True Ultra Instinct would be able to DECIMIATE cell max quicker than gohan did.
Toriyama straight up stated Gohan was the strongest Z fighter at the moment. Plus the movie is a time jump so he should definitely be ahead of Goku and Vegeta for now.

What if Dr. Hedo made Bulma like an "android suit"? Like a parody of Ironman. But its more powerful than the current saiyan standard at the time of its debut. I'd like to see the saiyans' reaction to a secret fighter coming to their rescue and it ends up being Bulma

Moro wasn't really physically strong at first. He was mostly a threat because of his magical powers. Even Goku says that when he first sensed Moro's ki, he said he wasn't that strong but he had a scary aura that gave Goku chills.

If you would have told 9 year old me back in 2002 that there would be a Top 20 Strongest Dragon Ball characters, and Majin Buu , Future Trunks, and Androids 17&18 didn’t make the cut,,, I would have looked at you like you’re crazy
But damn overall I’d say this list is pretty accurate even tho I would probably move a couple around but overall it’s solid 👌🏽
I can understand the exclusion of Gogeta but Vegito bruh? Nah nah..Vegito is the most powerful character in the original 42 volumes of the manga a.k.a Dragon Ball and Dragon Ball Z. I put Potara Fused Super God Vegito higher than the Gods of Destruction. SS4 Gogeta is a lot stronger tho because of the SS4 multiplier but I understand that you didn’t put him on the list but Vegito deserves a place on the top 5.

I’m not sure the Omni king’s universe destroying feat is really a feat of strength. More like an ability exclusive to him. He’s never shown or even hinted at that he’s physically a strong or capable fighter. Only that he can just get rid of universes with a mere thought. For all we know Hercule could be stronger than him.
