Carnival is a great bargain, with their Los Angeles to Mexico cruises for example, you could not stay in a decent hotel in Los Angeles and eat quality food for the price Carnival charges, and they are excellent.

My beautiful soul connected friends that I've just met or have known for quite some time, from around this planet we live on, as well as the ones I've know all my life. We ALL say that very same thing. You honestly can't beat the deals that Carnival offers. The food is always wonderful. I say try everything. Be adventurous. But be wise about eating things you're not sure about it making you ill. Remember that you're out in the middle of the ocean. The staff is just outstanding. I could without a doubt go on. But my favorite part of the cruise is meeting such a beautiful, diverse and eclectic mass group of people. Everyone is so nice. Well maybe not that drunk that's staggering about on the Ledo deck. One of the biggest pieces of advice, look out for ""one another."" And I'm not just talking about your group that's on board with you. My partner and I saved a gentleman's life one night. And I was honored to be the individual to have spotted this gentleman with my own eyes. And then ensure that he arrived safely back to his room. And my best advice, "ENJOY" your Cruise and above all, HAVE Fun!!!!!

I returned from a Allure of the seas Royal Caribbean cruise two weeks ago......I've gone on 3 carnival cruises and my last 2 was Royal Caribbean I'm hooked now on Royal Caribbean.
+Brittney Coleman it was so nice just its lay out and lido deck was odd to me. my favorite lay out was Fasation just it needs some upgrading in its water park and others. but Sunshine was still a great boat

Even tho I wish they'd add one, I've never seen a 24hr buffet on a carnival ship. The only food available after 11pm (maybe even 9pm) was pizza, ice cream or room service, the last of which doesn't have great late night food

did the magic last year when it was in Galveston. Think it's in Florida now Breeze replaced it in Galveston. Good ship still quite new only thing missing was Guys burgers! apparently it was being launchedt in 2011 right when carnival announced the fun 2.0 updates, so it just missed it.
I've been on two Carnival cruises. I had a great time, but found the hard selling of jewelry and other goods disgusting and insulting. I bought a sterling silver chair, guaranteed never to tarnish. which turned my neck green after a few months. How convenient--no way to take it back.
I hate that they took the 1996 Destiny, and turned it into the "Sunshine" which, for some reason bothers me because so many people think it's a new ship and it's really not.

On the Liberty, though service was impeccable,The food was inedible (looks good but tasted awful) Great if you really really want to lose weight.Im also puzzled what the hell made the tap water smell to point hand sanitizer & bottled water was the only way to get clean.
I have only cruised with Disney Cruise Lines and want to try other cruise liners but being on Disney, my expectations are so high that I'm afraid it won't compare. I hear bad things about carnival. They have nice ships but with all the negative things.....I'm very skeptical. I wanna broaden my horizons.

And their lounge was the worst one of all the ships. There were two nights I couldn’t even get a seat to watch the show. This is the only ship that I would NEVER go on again.

The carnival triumph was plenty for me and I figured out the whole ship in about 3 days but finally found some things on the 5 day.

you guys should try the Carnival sunshine and visa. They both are awesome. I love the sports square and the carnival water works.
