Honestly I think that if this prep series were published as a short film and submitted it has a chance to win some awards. Calvin's cinematography is genuinely some of the best I've seen in a long time.

Yes, taking fitness and the gym seriously can be mentally challenging. Staying motivated, setting and achieving goals, and pushing through physical discomfort can all be tough aspects of the journey. It's important to stay consistent and remember that progress takes time. 💪💪💪

Chris! I’m a huge fan and take so much inspiration from you not just for your work ethic but also your humility and champion mentality. I went through a tough surgery last year that affected me physically and brought on anxiety but I overcame it and the anxiety that came with it and I am 5 weeks out from my competition.
