Jesus only dropping 6 points to an entire field of this level across 6 events is absolutely bonkers. Horvath will be the only one who can put up any sort of competition, but right now I'm calling another dominating win by Tia.

I go with the lyte body armor, especially after comparing it's label with all the other sports drinks available, there's a lot more potassium and stuff. It went head to head for me with bai I think. Or propel or something. Only like, 750mg compared to the whole bag of lays chips amount. 🤓🤓🤓🤓🤓

I open my banana from the bottom because I always mash the top of my banana trying to open it from the top. My husband hates it LOL
You're doing it right. The 'bottom' of the banana is actually the stem, since they grow upwards. Peeling from the non-stem side .. this is the way

Hi tia I have a question for you would it be accurate for a masters athlete that competed in the 2021 cross fit games to be presenting herself in the media as placing 9th in the world without mentioning that they were in the age group devision 55-59 or that they were a masters athlete?

She was talking big stuff at rogue, like barelyyyyy beating Tia after being 5 months postpartum solidified her being better than Tia. Pshh. Laura just needs to admit she wants to beat Tia bc Tia is the GOAT. 2024 is the final test. My money's on Tia.
It wasn't against everyone! LOL! I compared Tia's results against all other semifinals. Against the world she would have totaled, I believe, 539 points. Leaving all other competitors only competing against their semifinal fields, Tia still would have had, I believe, the 5th highest points total. Again, that is her against all other semis while all other competitors are only against their semi fields. Put any other competitor's semi results against the world and I don't think even 1 would have broke 500 points. Barring injury I think Tia is set to destroy the field in Texas.

There’s no correct or incorrect way to peel one. For a while though, it’s been said that the way she peeled it is the correct way
@@quon535 yes apparently it is otherwise it gets mushy, I didn’t know that! Your going to want to wash your hands opening it from the bottom I would think? Not rub it on the equipment, that’s why I use the top, so my hands stay clean
