@nicholaskarnezis5112 Unfortunately, nothing to recommend other than visiting an Ear Nose and Throat doctor. I've moved out of the Midwest and into Florida. The lack of a dry winter also helped reduce the occasional nosebleeds even more.

That's 100% staph by the way 😂. If the pimple doesn't go away within a day after you pop it and it has a red ring around it larger than maybe 2cm.. Yeah that's staph my man.
Everybody training super hard for cji but I wonder if resting and being the most healthy for cji is the best strategy. Many people kill themselves before a competition and aren't close to 90%
