Air India Express Flight 812 from Dubai to Mangalore, India, crashed on landing at Mangalore. The captain had continued an unstabilized approach, despite three calls from the First Officer to "go around", resulting in the aircraft overshooting the runway, falling down a hillside and bursting into flames.

I am from Mangalore,I was only 8 years old when my dad was was late for the same flight, and when he came to know that the plane crashed,may those all souls rest in peace

There should be enough rest for pilots..If pilot says that he/she want a leave than airlines should understand this..A good initiative taken by flying beast(gaurav taneja) on this..

Par raju bhai ek baat batao. Runway aas-paas itna khaali ground hota hai to pilot plane ko ground mai hi nahi ghuma skta? Runway se bahar jaata h boundry se takrata hai isse achha yahi hai ki ground mai round round ghumaya jaaye plane... Ya ki side mai or planes bhi hote hain. Ground to kaafi bada hota hai yr.
