Hi, can you please create the one video about IT Help Desk Technician Roadmap and Explain in that video step by step.
You are doing really great Job.
Thank You
@@rumitvarsani This kinda lays some of those steps down but I might make a video talking more directly about that!
you can audit the google course one and then use the free trial once you finshed everything and do the graded assignment.
Just finished with my IFT+ and passed and currently working on my A+ hope by getting that cert it will help me land an entry level position
Good luck you got this!
Great content mate, keep up the good work!
Thank you!
Kind of trying to figure out what I should do. I graduated with an IT degree in 2008 (associates) Did a internship as a help desk in 2012 for about a year and have not worked in the field for about 10-11 years. Buddy of mine got me a job interview for help desk, remote and mostly working with tickets/ answering phone calls. Wondering which path I should take to get a refresher since back in 2012 we did not have windows 10 yet. Any help would be appreciated.
@@patient0x The google course is a good and affordable option to learn all the things you need to know in IT. If you have a bigger budget and want a job focused course, the course careers one can be a good choice
Hello there I am pretty new to IT and the coursecareers method seems to peak my interest, does the CourseCareers Method still work now in November?
Hey, what's up! I finished the course a month or two ago and it's very practical and will guide you in getting a job while also teaching you the basics of IT. If you're looking for a deep dive into IT concepts, the Google course might be better. But if you strictly want a bootcamp style course that will teach you the basics enough to do a help desk job and guide you on getting that job then Coursecareers is a good option.
I have a Bachelor's in Criminal Justice and minor in Computer Science and want to pivot to CyberSecurity.
What should i do?
Do you have any technical experience? I would assume you know some fundamentals of IT with a minor in CS. If you want to freshen up on IT fundamentals the Google course is not a bad option. If you want a certification, the CompTIA A+ is something worth looking into. Even if it's just trying a few practice tests online.
@@Jamesytech22 I was thinking of going to a Cybersecurity Bootcamp, which will help freshen up my IT knowledge and gain some experience, and after that focus on getting certifications. Is that a good plan?
@@resean2727 For sure that's not a bad idea. You should get some projects from the BootCamp to help leverage yourself past what certifications will offer.
I love you ❤❤😘
Im studying IT level 3 diploma and i dont know what to do after that, can you give me some ideas?
I'm not familiar with that. Can you elaborate on what you've learned? Then I can maybe help give you some ideas.
@@AbdulAhmad-v9k best you can do is get some certificates
@Jamesytech22 a better representation of my qualification title, I am studying to achieve the: OCR Level 3 Cambridge Techincal Diploma in IT
Hello man, which Certification is free pls
The ISC2 Certified in Cybersecurity one is free to take the exam if you pass its 50$. The Google one is free for the first week.
