Plus I think that Afton didn't really give a fuck about the danger of the suit?
In the Phone Guy tapes from fnaf 3, he puts out the memo that these suits are not to be worn for any reason. In the next night's tape, Phone Guy has to reiterate that these suits are dangerous and are not to be worn, as it has apparantly been moved and presumably worn, most likely by William out to do some kid-killing or whatever else he does.
That combined with the fact that the apparantly vengeful spirits of the children you murdered popping up around you probably takes up most of your attention

I have a theory. Seeing as remnant is what gives life to the animatronics, I think the reason Elizabeth didn't fully possess baby is because she didn't have enough emotion to make the remnant to possess her. She was Will's daughter. She obviously isn't gonna like him after the stunts he pulled and realizing that he's a killer, but he is her dad at the end of the day. It's hard to get over that fact. She doesn't hate him enough to possess the animatronic and try to hunt him down. She has no seething rage like the others, and doesn't wanna kill her father.

We also know we play as William in UCN because the Animatronics refer to us killing people. Also there's a high chance we play as Michael in Fnaf 4, since in the survival logbook (that's owned by Michael) there's a drawing of nightmare and in the fazbear frights books there's also some evidence that points towards that but I don't remember right now what It is.

My theory as to how Glitch Trap/Circus Baby works is that the possession is more of a merge between the spirit and the programmed behaviour if the animatronics, this is why Spring Trap can be lured away with children's laughter, the puppet is kept at bay with the music box and possessed animatronics are fine during the day, the animatronic programming is overriding the spirit's control. Circus Baby is designed to capture and scoop children so that programmed behaviour merges with Elizabeth's personality. So the conscious is merged with the programming, logically if you copy the programming you copy the conscious, so William is still burning in hell/being tortured by Cassidy in UCN but a copy of him is running wild in Help Wanted.

7:18 But the spring locks in the suit are not compressed at this point. Nobody is inside the suit. It is in animatronic mode meaning the spring locks have no tension on them. It is more likely that the mouth opened and closed on its own while in animatronic mode and it closed on Evan’s head after being placed in Fredbear’s mouth. The servos were likely having trouble compressing onto the skull and the skull finally split, allowing the jaw to close.

2:38 This is actually pretty simple to explain if you have read the novels - although the children may have seen an adult (namely William) as their killer, they remember Springbonnie as their friend. They cannot remember the moment of their death, because it's a blurry memory, so they won't try anything against him in that form. William knows this in the books, and it's actually one of the creepier moments in The Silver Eyes that is better explained in The Fourth Closet
4:20 The Springbonnie we see in Help Wanted is intentional and used in the final stage. Since William's soul is in the game, he can use any asset to incorporate, and so he reuses that Springbonnie model. We know the Springbonnie character is not just what he uses to kill children, but also a comfort character he uses, hence why he decided to use that one model out of all the other ones. He could have, in theory, posessed a Freddy model or a model for Plush Baby, but he decided that Springbonnie was the one he was most comfortable using as his avatar
8:14 Crying Child is the protagonist of the FNaF 4 minigames, Mike is the protagonist of the FNaF 4 gameplay - we know this because of Nightmare Fredbear's appearence in the Survival Logbook
8:36 Contrary to the other animatronics in the FNaF fanchise, Baby and the other Funtime animatronics have advanced AI with what can only be described as a conscience. Just as explained in The Fourth Closet, Baby is posessed by Elizabeth Afton, but the fact that the robot itself had memories before being posessed makes her relationship with the AI different. Circus Baby's AI, still made with anger and reprogrammed by Afton to kill, corrupts Elizabeth's soul. Yes, she can speak as the AI, but the memories may not sound as hers. She can also speak as Elizabeth, and those memories will also not be fully hers. It's a real brain teaser if you've got the time to look into it.
11:08 Charlie's death is outside Fredbear's Family Diner in 1983. The Missing Children's Incident is in 26th of June of 1985
13:13 We actually don't know if Vanny is Tape Girl, although she probably is not - FNaF VR's Halloween DLC would have one believe that the player is Vanny, and that contradicts the idea of her being Tape Girl, since she is from the previous development team, but then again, what do I know? That could just be the last day of testing before sending to the next team

I'd just like to clear something up about your mentioning of the springlocks and how they killed Evan (Crying Child - his name is implied to be Evan in multiple sources) at 7:02.
The springlocks "going off" did NOT kill Evan. Springlocks are locks powered by springs tightened by twisting them and locking them into place. These locks hold back animatronic parts attached to them to the edges of the suit, making enough room for a person to climb inside and wear.
Fredbear, at this point, was already in animatronic mode and on stage performing, therefore the springlocks were not tightened. There is no way one of them could have released to end up damaging him, much less crushing his head. Fredbear's mouth moving up and down is what killed him.
Hope this clears some stuff up - it's a common misconception.

@@ryanhernandez8324 1. In the Survival Logbook, the name Evan can be found in a certain box where you need to fill in letters. Putting numbers in found on certain pages can lead to the letters E V A N being found. This isn’t all that complete though, and it seems that we’ve found the answer, and just need to work backwards to find the solution. Watch Gametheory’s video from about year ago, they go over it better.
      2. In the Fazbear Frights book The Real Jake, the protagonist Jake has a father named Evan. This father is described to have a brother named Michael, who speaks in an odd voice and is described to almost act like a robot sometimes. The book also says this is his only living family, in a universe where Elizabeth and William are both present in spirit form. For the first segment, i believe the reason William went into his suit is because the children saw spring bonnie as their friend, he must have been thinking the ghosts were trying to hurt him because he was seen as an adult, which the ghosts were hostile to, William knew the ghosts weren't hostile to Spring bonnie though, so if he was Spring Bonnie and not an adult. Then he would be safe from the ghosts.

My best guess as to why Afton went into the spring trap suit would probably be
    1. a panic response
    - i mean to be fair, if the souls of the kids you murdered were chasing you around, youd probably be pretty panicked. probably also explains why he wouldnt have thought about the spring locks
    2. he mightve felt more powerful/ able in the suit?
    - i would probably feel a bit stronger in a bulky animatronic suit
    3. maybe the costume wouldve scared the kids
    - since he was in that when he killed them, he may have thought that he could scare them into obedience/ not killing him
    -
anyways those are my thoughts on that :)

16:15 I started thinking about this after you brought it up, and I have come up with an answer that I personally think explains it.
William obviously knew the spirits could posses the animatronics, that's presumably the whole reason he was at the old location in the first place. My guess is that he feared for his life, and thought that if he climbed in the suit then he would possess it if he died. He laughs because he knows that if he's correct then no matter what happens he'll live on in some way. He was right, but I think that in his panic he forgot about the springlocks in the suit

I like Squimpus' explanation that Will simply isn't that good at thinking on his feet. Maybe climbing into the suit would've scared the the kids, since he wore it when he killed them
Michael being the FFPS protagonist makes tons of sense. It isn't really tying up loose ends if a Michael zombie is still wandering around. Additionally, Henry saying that we are right where we want to be would fit so that Michael makes sure William goes down for good
I believe Elizabeth possesses Baby as her monologue in the FFPS gets cut off by Henry and he says "I'm sorry to interrupt you Elizabeth"
I think Charlotte was killed at either the original Freddy Fazbear's or at the FNAF 2 location
Just my two cents on various things
Are we sure Cassidy is the vengeful spirit and not Evan? Evan wasn't really killed by William but Cassidy being the vengeful spirit kinda conflicts with him moving on in the FNAF 3 good ending

Just a couple notes / clarifications from someone who’s been around the block
William being the protagonist of UCN is basically confirmed through the Frights, where pretty much the exact same thing happens to him, but we see it from an outside perspective. Not as a literal hell, but as a nightmare induced by Golden Freddy. The game calls itself a nightmare multiple times anyway. The roster was chosen by fans, it doesn’t really matter
Michael being the protagonist of Pizzeria Simulator is implied by pretty much every single character other than Lefty speaking as if they know you personally. William speaks as if you should be able to recognize him, Baby speaks as if she recognizes you and that “it feels like home”, Molten Freddy says stuff like “together again,” and Henry speaks as if you specifically being there was a fortunate coincidence.
The crying child’s death wasn’t directly caused by springlocks. The springlocks were already released, since Fredbear was in animatronic mode.
The Golden Freddy theory is bunk. Everything treats him like 1 entity, and the logbook doesn’t even support it. Whenever souls share a body, they can communicate directly, they don’t need a book or something. Everything Golden Freddy does has to do with just Cassidy anyway.
Baby is possessed by Elizabeth, she just also had memories from Baby’s point of view. Possessing a robot gets real funky when that robot also has artificial intelligence and memory storage.
Michael is the protagonist of FNaF 1 and 4’s nights as well. In the survival logbook (which is centered around FNaF 1) “Mike” makes several references to the events of Sister Location, and he draws Nightmare Fredbear in response to a prompt about recent dreams. This also fits with how the gameplay mirrors FNaF 1’s, you can hear phone guy’s call in the background, and the nightmares continue after the child dies. Though that also implies FNaF 1 is after SL which still creates problems.
Vanny wasn’t the tape girl, she’s the one we play as. If Vanny knew what the tapes said and that they were legit, she wouldn’t put them together.
I do wish Phone Guy got something. At the very least a name. Pretty much every other prominent human character has a name, except him

If crying child isn't also in golden freddy then how do you explain the happiest day minigame where the crying child finally gets to spend his birthday and in that minigame he has the golden freddy mask?
Also, the books aren't canon but they heavily parallel what happens in the games, and in the book, golden freddy has two souls inside.
Finally, golden freddy's infamous line "It's me" wouldn't make sense if it's just Cassidy there since most of the games, we play as Michael. Why would Cassidy say "It's me" to Michael? Cassidy doesn't know him. I believe it's crying child telling Michael "It's me" your brother

Not really. Only Andrew parallels Golden Freddy. Jake doesn’t. And the Golden Freddy-ish things Andrew does all happened _before_ he became part of the Stitchwraith
Multiple characters used It’s Me in multiple places in FNaF 1 and 2. It was never exclusive to that situation. It was just creepy. I like to think that Afton dismantled the old animatronics to get the metallic parts from them to make remnant. Remnant seems to be made from molten metal, strong human emotions, and organic bits from humans. If he could get that Remnant, he could use it to make more animatronics designed to kill more kids, or to try and use it to bring back his dead son and daughter. Remember, he lost not only Elizabeth, his daughter, to Baby but he lost his son to Fredbear. I think he ran to his suit because he figured if he uses that, it will scare the spirits.
Think about it, those kids got killed by Afton in his Bonnie suit. If they saw that sight again, it would awaken their fears again. It was a survival instinct thing. But, it ended up being his own demise-ish.
All he had to rely on at that point was Michael. Who I'm not entirely convinced is a good guy out to right the wrongs his father perpetrated. If we take the distorted screaming from UCN as gospel, it seems like Mike might still possibly be seen in a positive light by his dad.
There's also what Mike says at the end of SL. He followed his dad's instructions. Said he was going to come find him. I'm just not entirely convinced that Mike is wholly good after all. Maybe he was trying to help his dad but got duped by Henry. Maybe he was just doing it for selfish reasons, as in he wanted to get pay back for what helping his dad cost him. Getting scooped and filled with Ennard and such.

I know I'm a bit late to this, but I imagine that at 5:57 you mention that Scraptrap and Springtrap are in UCN, despite the confirmation that William Afton is the protagonist of UCN, though I think about it this way. There's severial variations of the animatronics in UCN, meaning Cassidy can have different variations of souls in that purgatory, why not use it to their advantage to further torture William? So, Cassidy allows Springtrap and Scraptrap to attack William also, just to remind him of the pain he had in his previous life, reminding him that his pain will never end. He may have suffered before, but that suffering will be never-ending. It's also hinted at by one of Orville Elephant's death dialogues that "I will keep you here, no matter how many times they burn us", hence why William is still alive in the Afton ending of Security Breach, because Cassidy believes death is too good for him.
Sorry for writing a novel there, just wanted to try and explain that as best as I can.

Micheal is the main character in FFPS because when Henry burns the whole place down he says something like “and to the night guard, I have left you a way to get out but I would expect that you wouldn’t want to leave” implying that the character is known to be connected to the mess of everyone else caught in the cross fires (lol fires literally) of the canon end of the game.

This also supported based on the fact that the only intelligent animatronics we see are ones who had drawn out deaths being Springtrap, Evan, and Charlie. The rest seem to act out of instinct.

I actually saw a really interesting theory from MatPat which I think is very plausible. He said that William dismantled the animatronics in FNAF3 so he could meld them all down and extract their remnant to discover the secret of their immortality. And if that sounds weird, it is, but it’s exactly what he does in the third book The Fourth Closet. Like, the exact same thing. And also that could possibly be what the Candy Cadet stories are referencing. The 5 original animatronics, melted down and stuck together.

I think it's pretty likely that Afton was trying to scare the children off in the midst of his panicking, slid on the suit, but failed to realize that it was raining because of his lack of composure during the moment.

7:17 everyone gets this wrong. The tears didnt make fredbear bite him. You need to wind the springlocks into suit mode for the springlocks to be of any harm. Its how william died!!!! This is just the jaw motor of the animatronic.

8:16 It's actually not that obvious, as I believe in a theory that says that fnaf 4's gameplay takes place in fnaf 1, and how the crying child died in 83 and fnaf 1 takes place in 93 the only option is for Mike to be the protagonist of fnaf 4.
I know I know you want the evidence of this theory so I'll list it:
I don't remember if it's just the first night or if the rest also has it, but there is a background noise in fnaf 4 which is the call of the first night of fnaf 1, there are also several similarities between the games, two doors, foxy attacks in stages and Freddy hides in the shadows, and the strongest evidence is that the survival logbook has a page asking you to describe your RECENT nightmares and on this page you can see it drawn in extreme detail, nightmare fredbear and as we know, the book belongs to Mike and is from fnaf 1, since the book talks a lot about fnaf 1, so I believe that the protagonist of fnaf 4 is Michael Afton

Here's why William goes into the springlock suit in the fnaf 3 minigame:
It's actually explained in the silver eyes that the children don't remember anything after they were lured into the back room. So as far as they know, springbonnie is their friend, which is why they don't attack him in the book when he's in he suit. In the game he probably thought it would have worked but y'know, OOPS.

The reason it's believed to be Micheal as the ffps protagonist is because Henry implies it in his final speech in multiple ways, as far as I'm aware thats why at least, first of all he states that you took the job despite it not being made for you, most people wouldn't take it plus this suggests he actively wanted it for this reason, there's also the fact he states "and to you my loyal participant there was a way out planned for you, but I get the feeling you don't want that, I get the feeling your right where you want to be" realistically there is basically no other character in the franchise alive at that point who would find burning to death in that building desirable

I think that even outside of the animatronics, the children's spirits still have a little bit of the programming in them, due to them being stuck there for over 10 years, and one of the things that's obviously is in the programming is that animatronics cannot attack other animatronics, and as has been seen, in a conflict between programming and soul, programming wins, so with William in the suit, he would be safe from a possible attack by the spirits

Cassidy is not the vengeful spirit. The vengeful spirit is a boy. (I can explain further but I don't want to so just ask me questions if you are confused)

    • @Th3Badd3st
      @Th3Badd3st  2 года назад +8

Well, the vengeful spirit is Golden Freddy and Cassidy is Golden Freddy, and Golden Freddy - the character - is a "male character". Cassidy is also a unisex name, so I don't see how you can really make that argument.
The only way Cassidy could not be the vengeful spirit is if the vengeful spirit isn't Golden Freddy but that wouldn't make a whole lot of sense since the only ending to UCN is the Golden Freddy cut scene.
You say you don't wanna explain further, and I don't really care to hear it, so luckily we're on the same page.😂

@The_BlondeGuy but William didn't technically kill him so the phrase "the one you shouldn't have killed" wouldnt technically apply. But I can see what you mean, anything's possible in this fucking franchise.

That Vengeful Spirit is 100% Cassidy. It'd make 0 sense for William's own child to want to torment him eternally when he was the only one trying to help him before he died. Also, the Vengeful Spirit was given a female's voice and Cassidy is already confirmed to be a girl, so connect the dots

Technically Evans fate was explained in FNAF World (which Scott said is still canon despite him being disappointed with the game as a whole) that adventure Freddy in the games clock ending is actually Evan and adventure Fredbear is Charlie. She tells him to “leave breadcrumbs for him to find his way” which are the hidden mini games in FNAF 3 that help Micheal “invite” the children to the happiest day party. After that she tells the player character Evan to “rest” implying that after his task was done he moved on.

i always thought of william going in the suit as more of a sadistic and taunting move, not that he was trying to get them away. we see him try to get them away twice. and since they were kinda taunting him by just chasing him around, he got in the suit and went on an unplanned monologue, after having the remnant realization, about how they're forever trapped in the place they were killed in by him. then he starts laughing like a disney villain and gets springlocked.

  • @OminousInnominate

I think that why William put on the suit in the mini game was because he always felt "Lucky" or "Safe" knowing that he could always get away with the crimes he committed (Boy we know how that turned out.). But as we saw, you won't always have good luck, you can't always get away from what you did, injecting himself with Remnant only made the shit worse for him because he now is forever stuck in it. I also think he wore it like "a suit of armor" so he can shoot the finger at the children and or call them names and make fun of them (or Remind them of it) for how stupid they were by following him to their deaths. He most likely forgot that water was his worst enemy, even a single droplet can fuck it all up for Willie Boy.
I think that the 3 main FNaF 6 characters were different designs that the designers for both SL and Fredbear's Family Diner, Two sets of designs were made, one was scrapped for being official and the other was used. This includes the (non)canon names, Scrap Baby, Prototype Freddy, and Springbonnie Version 1.0/2.0

The orange guy is actually someone named Dave miller who is a father of possibly 2 sons ,which probably caused the incident at the first ever Freddy’s location, was barely even supporting his sons and now he has to make up for both of those problems in that never ending hell.
