Im a nervous system regulation teacher and that's all he did in the practice, make you bring your attention to your body and senses to turn off the thinking process... You dont need to believe in anything spiritual or supernatural, it's just how your body works.
jeffrey allen has some awesome interesting "pointers" i loved the interview and practices thank you 🙏 but also thank you thank you thank you Leah and Kyle for bringing together this 30 day heart coherence challenge.....the meditations and interviews and the crystal singing bowls are just fantastic 🙏⭐🌸
Wow! It’s a good thing. I knew where I was going because I was listening to this while driving and my GPS never worked while this particular episode played. Was in the car for five hours and the only time my GPS mapping would not work was during this energy episode! Amazing.
Jeffrey says he feels the energy “like a sense of flow, I can feel the flow, like a wind current or water current…all of that is happening without the analytic mind.”He says, “ Everyone can learn to tune in, to be a healer, it’s natural…you remember who you are…you need a body to interact with things on this plane…that’s the ticket in…and the person can just be a conduit, let things happen.”
Jeffrey is one of my most important teachers since MindValley’s Duality and Unlocking Transcendence in 2018, already 6 years, wow. It’s so good to listen to his gentle language and laughter. Blessings on the Heart Coherence Collaborative, Kyle, Leah, Jeffrey, his wife Husami, and all the people who practice Heart Coherence.
Beautiful!🩷 Thank you for asking the last question Leah. It spoke for many intercultural couples and it truly is all about the language of love. I believe we are initiated into unity beyond race, language and age as the collective approach life from a place of peace, grace and love.🕊🕊
Saw really old video of him doing his job of communicating with ghosts, asking them to leave places where they were haunting/bothering people. Even then, he said anyone could do it, it just came naturally to him. Interesting he doesn't ever talk about that early, I guess, side job.
@@HeartCoherenceCollaborativein the sense that it’s disregarding and invalidating the part of humanity that is suffering. Just typical spiritual propaganda.
@@extern83 It's not invalidating the people, but rather the idea of suffering. Do you not see that by viewing part of humanity as in need of help, that you separate yourself from them ? (And perhaps in a superior way.) Whereas if every one of us would instead focus on trying to love and care for ourselves -- we would begin to create joy and a sense of inclusion, or unity, in the face of which no one could or would ever harm another? That's the goal: focus on and create joy, love, unity, so that those are what exist. For all. If the suffering of others helps us do that, then they are giving us a gift (pre-planned, by the way)-- until we real-ize our Oneness and eliminate the need for it (suffering).
Stories are the gateway to connections. No matter how many times we tell them. When we tell them, we’re not throwing them in the bin. We use them like we are showing our storybook. Standing inside your story is where our worthiness lies. When one stands outside their story and stops talking about it. Doors close - even to oneself. Stories help open doors for others to write their own. That goes for everybody. Sending 💚🧡
@@akakittiemercurywell-saiid, Kittie. I agree with your POV about stories, and if they are our ‘signature stories,’ and telling them again and again helps those who have not heard them yet.
