You're analyzing a album based on quality of the music. But this type of music is more about the feelings you get from the sound of the music. I don't think a person as analytical as you would ever like something like this. Based on what you give higher scores.

id recommend listening to what yung lean did on sugar world (under his jonatan leandoer alias) , i feel like if u want to understand the direction hes going in its worth a shot (and its probably my favorite album maybe ever) . i dont really think the genres on psykos are outside of lean's comfort zone (or even really surprising) if you're familiar with either of his side projects , though if you're not it is his first foray into those genres under his primary alias (besides maybe blue plastic or bliss) . idk ive always felt like you've given yung lean a hard time and while you're certainly entitled to your opinions i think itd be worth giving some of his non-hip hop and more ambitious works a listen . sugar world is really special to me so i hope you give it a shot and see if it speaks to you
