SIR! I watched the vid where you do a similar haircut on a blonde while I was in beauty school and I straight up copied it and this haircut is the BACKBONE of my career. I work in a high end salon in Brooklyn doing the most cuts out of anyone in my salon and every day people tell me I'm a magician and it's the best haircut of their life and they used to have to style their hair in the morning and now they wake up with a good hair day for four months straight. I give all my long layers the same freaking haircut and it works like a charm.

Thanks! Yes it will, you just need to remember that layering while shaping the hair also removes weight from the ends, that said with fine hair I would ensure the angle I choose leaves maximum weigh in ends

Why don't all hairdresser dry cut when needed
Because they're not shown the benefits of doing it, anything new can be daunting too I guess...
My hairdresser is old school. Ive tried to explain what i want, but it never happens. Any suggestions as to how to tackle this, or how do i get to you. Im in Melbourne @AdamCiaccia
