@@moneymitch6790 there are BA roles which lean more towards the business side and ones which lean more towards IT. Often, but not always, between the end user from the operational business side and the software developer, there are 1 Business Analyst and 1 IT Business Analyst, so that the BA competence is split. If your Organisation is splitting it this way and you are more/only interested in IT Business Analysis, then skills from a MBA would not be priority etc. In my opinion you dont need a MBA to become a skilled BA.
Agreed. BPMN as a standardized modelling language is absolutely key. In this video I was focussing more on high level skills instead of technical skills.
