    • @KSRDatavizon
      @KSRDatavizon  Месяц назад +2

Hi Sayoneeray! Transitioning to an Azure Data Engineering role is a great move, and preparing for the interview is crucial. Here are some tips and types of questions to focus on:
      Key Areas to Prepare:
Azure Fundamentals: Understand the basics of Azure services related to data engineering, such as Azure Data Factory, Azure Databricks, and Azure Synapse Analytics.
Data Storage Solutions: Familiarize yourself with Azure storage options like Azure Blob Storage, Azure SQL Database, and Azure Cosmos DB.
ETL Processes: Learn about Extract, Transform, Load (ETL) processes and how they work in Azure.
      Common Interview Questions:
      Azure Services:
Can you explain what Azure Data Factory is and how it is used?
What are the differences between Azure SQL Database and Azure Cosmos DB?
      Data Modeling:
How would you design a data pipeline for a specific use case?
Can you explain normalization and denormalization?
      SQL and Data Manipulation:
Write a SQL query to retrieve specific data from a table.
How do you optimize a query for performance?
      Preparation Tips:
Hands-On Practice: Work on projects using Azure to get practical experience.
Online Courses: Consider taking online courses focused on Azure Data Engineering to build your knowledge.
Mock Interviews: Practice with mock interviews to get comfortable answering technical questions.

As per KSR, trainer will be attending multiple interviews with difference experience. Even if you create one resume with 8 years with different number and if you create one resume with 4 years. Its obvious you too will get interview calls

Hi Aditya! You're correct! Broadcasting in data processing is indeed used to reduce shuffling. By replicating smaller tables across all nodes, it allows for more efficient joins without the need to shuffle large datasets, which can significantly improve performance. If you have any specific questions or need further clarification, feel free to ask!

But I have a question for the data warehousing, which tool you are using in the same scenario

    • @KSRDatavizon
      @KSRDatavizon  2 месяца назад

Great question! In data warehousing, especially for the banking domain, the choice of tools can depend on factors like data size, complexity, and integration needs. Here are a few commonly used tools and platforms:
      ETL Tools:
Informatica or Talend: These are widely used for extracting, transforming, and loading data from various banking systems into the data warehouse.
Apache Nifi: For real-time data streaming and handling large-scale data movement.
      Data Warehousing Platforms:
Amazon Redshift, Google BigQuery, or Snowflake: These are popular cloud-based data warehousing solutions. They are highly scalable and suitable for handling large volumes of transactional data in the banking sector.
Microsoft SQL Server (with SSIS, SSAS): This is often used by banks that prefer on-premise solutions.
      BI Tools for Reporting:
Tableau or Power BI: These tools are used to visualize data and provide insights for decision-making in the banking domain.
You can also mention that depending on your organization’s infrastructure (cloud vs. on-premise), the tools can vary. I hope this gives you some direction! Feel free to ask more questions, and don’t forget to subscribe for more useful content like this-it keeps us motivated to share more insights!

Me As a Data Engineering Aspirant currently at my 4th year of college degree , Can I get into TCS as Data Engineer Role as fresher ? If yes Please tell me the steps I should take .

    • @KSRDatavizon
      @KSRDatavizon  2 месяца назад

es, you can definitely get into TCS as a Data Engineer fresher with a 4-year college degree. TCS is a large IT company with a strong focus on data engineering and analytics, and they frequently hire freshers for their data engineering roles.
Here are the steps you can take to increase your chances of getting into TCS as a Data Engineer:
      1. Build a strong academic foundation:
Focus on your core computer science subjects like algorithms, data structures, programming, and database systems.
Aim for good grades to demonstrate your academic capabilities.
      2. Acquire relevant skills:
Learn programming languages like Python, SQL, and Java, which are essential for data engineering.
Gain hands-on experience with data engineering tools and technologies like Hadoop, Spark, Kafka, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
Practice data cleaning, transformation, and analysis techniques.
      3. Build projects:
Work on personal projects or contribute to open-source projects to showcase your skills and practical knowledge.
Choose projects that align with your interests and demonstrate your ability to solve data-related problems.
      4. Participate in hackathons and coding competitions:
These events provide opportunities to showcase your skills, learn from others, and network with industry professionals.
      5. Network with professionals:
Connect with data engineers on LinkedIn, attend industry events, and participate in online forums to learn from experienced professionals.
Building relationships can provide valuable insights and potential job opportunities.
      6. Apply to TCS through their campus recruitment process:
Keep an eye out for TCS's campus recruitment drives and attend their presentations and workshops.
Prepare for the technical and aptitude tests, as well as the interview rounds.
      7. Highlight your skills and projects in your resume and cover letter:
Tailor your resume and cover letter to highlight your relevant skills, projects, and experiences.
Emphasize your passion for data engineering and your ability to contribute to TCS's data-driven initiatives.
      8. Be prepared for the interview:
Research TCS's data engineering projects and initiatives to demonstrate your knowledge and interest.
Practice answering common data engineering interview questions, such as data cleaning techniques, SQL queries, and problem-solving scenarios.
Remember, the competition for data engineering roles can be high. By following these steps and continuously developing your skills, you can increase your chances of securing a position at TCS as a Data Engineer fresher.

Auto scaling is something related to the node allocation right? Is it about autoloader?

    • @KSRDatavizon
      @KSRDatavizon  Месяц назад

Autoscaling is not directly related to autoloaders. It's a concept more commonly associated with cloud computing and infrastructure management.
      Here's a breakdown:
      Autoscaling
Definition: Autoscaling is the automatic adjustment of resources, such as servers or virtual machines, to meet changing demand. This prevents underutilization of resources when demand is low and ensures sufficient capacity during peak usage.
      Benefits:
Cost Efficiency: Reduces costs by avoiding unnecessary resource allocation.
Performance: Ensures optimal performance by scaling resources up or down based on demand.
Reliability: Helps maintain system stability by preventing resource bottlenecks.
      Common Use Cases:
Web Applications: Scaling up to handle increased traffic during peak times.
Batch Processing: Scaling down resources after a large processing job is complete.
Real-time Analytics: Scaling up to handle incoming data streams.

yup looks funnly only ... however it may happens some time..
as the same guy now working for KSR, and we are woeking to gether to develop an AI based product for conducting Mock interviews. some people resigned to their bigger MNC companies and started thier own and make those as Bigger gaints and competitors for their previus org. Ex: SAP Labs. 5 former emplyes left IBM and started this org..
Even Microsoft sold its OS to IBM to use in IBM computers and taken fee as Royalty In 1985, IBM requested Microsoft to develop a new operating system for their computers called OS/2. Microsoft produced that operating system, but also continued to sell their own alternative, which proved to be in direct competition with OS/2. Microsoft Windows eventually overshadowed OS/2 in terms of sales. When Microsoft launched several versions of Microsoft Windows in the 1990s, they had captured over 90% market share of the world's personal computers.
even if we have offers from Microsoft and IBM mostly we prefer to go to IBM only.
so time can change everything .
      lastly
Microsoft Revenue for the year 2022 was $198.270 billion
where tata groups Revenue was $150 billion. not too less and might be not as a competitors
      Thank you

@@KSRDatavizon That is a detailed reply. Although, No applicant would care about the company's history/past or future. An individual will always look at how much the company is paying him/her rather than how big is the company or what is their annual turn over. TCS is a service based company with a huge employee count, So the pay will always be less than the market standards. Coming back to the topic, I again ask - Microsoft to TCS? Really? lol
