Just watched you introduce the Humvee ambulance on Ayo channel and I sure hope you get to do a camping trip in that thing, you deserve it, after all you did paddle a life boat a 100 yards🤪🤪🤪
You are one of the best and underrated up and coming fishing RUclipsrs smalls. You have personality so your always keeping the videos interesting, you keep the videos simple and enjoyable. You give fishing insight to the beginner fishermen or some knowledge that some anglers may not know. Keep up the great work man. Hope you get a rain gear sponsor soon, you deserve it.

My boy smalls coming in with the amazing spring underwater ocean footage. Can we get a poggers for the dude. Homie out here grinding harder then my teeth when my wife won't decide on dinner for the 5th time this week and I've already listed every place and thing she likes
Love this underwater video. So awesome. May do this 😂 how did you tie it on? I would love to know more about pier fishing. Be a great series (few vids) you can do and we all learn together.
Yer killin me Smalls! Haha Dude you 100% CAN eat those spade fish and they are absolutely delicious.. even the small ones, just gut/gill em then fry em up whole bud
I am amazed to see how clear your seawater is on the other side of the globe... The northern see @ belgium is just cloudy green... Great underwater camera angles btw, cheerz m8!
@Fishing with Smalls The footage you got from the GoPro was epic. That was some SmallsNational Geographical footage right there🤣🤣 Another great video my dude Nothing but love brotha, you know how it goes💯
Try wade fishing for trout, reds and snooks, same paddle tails you use especially a white color, 15-20lb braid on a 2500 reel (my preference of line) some use just 10lb but structure purpose 15-20
yes you can eat spade fish. last year i went on a charter trip down in port Aransas Texas we went 10 or 15 miles offshore and caught huge eaters off of oil rigs. i dont think theres any big ones on a pier though
Never ate a spadefish. I've had hardtails. From what I can tell, they're polarizing to people like cilantro (i.e., some say cilantro tastes like dirty diahwater smells while others rave about its fresh green flavor). People who love spadefish say grilled or smoked is the only way to go. The akin is supposed to be too thick to eat and the flavor similar to pompano. For people who hate them, they claim they taste of turpentine. On the sabiki rig, you're supposed to jig them up and down. That is probably why they wouldn't hit the rig without shrimp on them. Saltwater fish rely heavily on sight with flash and movement being key for many species. When the waters are warm, pompano will hit the sandbars and can be taken with bucktails or wacky jigs with teaser flies or pompano rigs. In the winter, I am sure that pier would be a sheepshead haven.
Nice vacation video! THATS! my boy...he may not know his saltwater fish, but he sure knows his Little Debbie Cakes! 😅
You caught Gill from finding Nemo. Awesome!!!!!

That water so dang clear compared to what we got on the West Coast, I'd be snorkeling and spearfishing on the reg.

Dang... I wish the water was that clear here. Beautiful spot for underwater shots
Man I thought this was a Brant video at first lol
I believe that was a lesser amberjack that you were asking about at the beginning

Okay, How did I miss this video?
Can you use the GoPro app to live view your camera instead of going back to the laptop to review footy
Almaco jack?
And everything says you can eat them
Angler Up w/Smalls?😅
😁😁
Think those long, thin fish are Ladyfish.
Not lady fish
catch and release is better when the fish isn't harmed
Why is no one else on the pier?
Heard the spade fish taste like pompano
FYI, I’m watching you before AYO.
Me to haha
I feel bad for feeling good about it. 😁😁
I call em greenies but have no clue what they are actually called.
Let's goo
Sgt. Majors
