I immediately liked and subscribed 7 seconds into the first video of yours I viewed and I am so grateful to have come across your content! I just purchased one of these in like new condition from a reputable retailer and while I have been advised that it’s be descaled (and looks really clean), the grinder area has a bit of grounded bean residue. Is there a way for the whole bean compartment to be opened and ‘cleaned’? Also, would you suggest descale (again) for ‘peace of mind’? Lastly, in your opinion (for strong, but perfectly balanced brews/dips) what is the ideal number dial? In your part one, you adjusted it to 3 and I noticed part two you switched it to 7… Any feedback on the above would be greatly appreciated. Your comment is very much appreciated! Really encouraging. I’ve never tried opening the whole bean compartment. So I can’t help there. It wouldn’t hurt to descale. So I guess go for it. Lastly, my dial is at 2. But I think you would have to play around with it. Try different numbers and see which one is best for you.

My milk is not frothing the way it used to and the coffee and milk no longer forms layers. I followed your cleaning video as I realised I did not take of a part but it's still the same. Any ideas?
Hmmm? Have you tried applying pressure on the bottle when it’s pouring out the milk? I’ve have this issue a couple of times and I noticed it was because of a leak due to the bottle not being attached properly. Hope this helps.
I’m not 100% sure what you mean but I think you’re asking about the X2 button. I actually don’t know what the ‘X2’ means but that button is usually involved in making adjustments
I’ve just bought one of these but all that happens is the x2 light comes on, when I press the button it lets water out the water nozzle but nothing else. 😫
@@davidwilson8070 It could be one of 2 things: a leak or milk ‘blobs’ in the circuit. So you need to clean every removable piece of the milk bottle and reassemble it correctly and attach the bottle firmly. Try that, if it doesn’t work, you might have to call customer service. Hope this helps
Hi Gabb on my 3rd machine 1 st one bought November 2023 and this third REPLACEMENT…🤦🏻 Am I not setting it up correctly..? I follow instructions clean descale all of the guidance vids watched but they all do not light up any Milk coffee drinks.. swiched on off allow time for heat up but not one milk drink light comes on all the other 3 options for exspresso and coffee Doppio+ come on the hot water works when change the milk container ..But when Milk container back in - connected no Lights .. what am I doing wrong 8 month 3 machines .🤦🏻 any answers welcome🇬🇧
Hi Philip. Sorry about your experience, mate. I’m not sure why you keep experiencing that. Try 2 things: (1)see my other video on how to set it up to check if you’re missing something. (2) call customer service, maybe they can help you out. Hope this helps
You mean it doesn’t stop pouring when you want it to? Try doing the process again. Maybe you just didn’t press the button firmly enough or you actually missed the button. Hope this helps

Not really. There’s no way to adjust the frothiness of the milk

Oh. I’m not sure about that. Have set-up the machine and everything? If so, then you may have to call customer service for that

Mines just stopped producing milk from spout I see it suck milk up the straw inside the bottle then just blows steam out the nozzle any ideas

Nope. You are in-control of the amount during every cup
