This song got even better when they did the final lore reveal that the entirety of Pandaemonium was about the Lucavi demons and the auracite. So many double meanings in these songs that show up as layers now with the Ivalice lore.

Sorry man, but this cover really ain't it.
The original has a really unique gothic metal feel which makes it stand out by balancing the melodic nature of the vocals with the heavier instrumentals, and here it's been made into a generic 2010's screamo song you'd hear on the radio, all the charm distilled away into the music equivalent of plain white bread. Makes me feel like I'm listening to Skillet or something else from an angsty white boy's playlist.
Everyone misses their shots sometimes tho, so keep at it cause a lot of your other stuff is great 👍
