    Really nice farm, can I ask how many acres are there growing the elderberries and from that acreage on average whats your yearly produce in weight?
    These vid's are inspiring me to consider farming the berries but would like to know more.

    what time of year do you cut the plants down to the ground?

      Now! Actually anytime before new growth at the buds, but even if there is a little bit of green showing, it is not too late. Especially since our weather is still getting pretty cold at night.

    Do you ever have issues with rabbits, squirrels, chipmunks or birds?

      Birds can be a problem, but the bigger issue in Missouri is deer.
