Not exactly the result you wanted because of the sweet croissant but I could see your thinking. A plain croissant would have nailed that. Or even a toasted ciabatta roll, now that would be mega. The eggs looked great, but use the edge of the bowl to crack them then 2 thumbs in, separate shell and pour. Great vid. Hi as usual Nat and hope your arm settles down 👍👍🙏🙏

@earlbee...yeah but Gordon Ramsey knows there's potato starch in the cheese in a bag. The potato starch keeps the cheese pieces from sticking together and melting as much in the scrambled eggs.

Bizarre, sweet almond, cheese and bacon? 🤔 makes a change from almond and jam etc. we’d normally eat the egg and bacon, then have the croissant, ..if it’s a sweet one 🫣

The goo was almond paste inside the croissant, you could have scraped it out and wouldn't have tasted as strong with almonds.

Best one to use is a rapeseed or sunflower oil.
