Christopher Lloyd went from being the Man in the Delorean to being in The Mandalorian.
Christopher Lloyd has had a rich career from starring in the hot sitcom Taxi, to being in One Flew Over The Cuckoo's Nest, Star Trek III The Search For Spock, Back To The Future, The Dream Team, Who Framed Roger Rabbit, Adams Family, as well as many other things. I cannot believe he is so skinny in this episode of The Mandalorian. I wonder if he is sick.

If you rewatch that episode while keeping the Darksaber Lore in mind, then you'll see it...
** The Darksaber must be won (and lost) in combat. **
1. Din loses the Darksaber as soon as it's taken from him by the creature and thrown to the ground. At that point, it belongs to the creature through "victory in combat".
2. Bo-Katan comes and fights the creature, picking up the Darksaber (taking it from the creature) and killing it with the Darksaber. At that point, it belongs to Bo-Katan, through victory in combat.
3. When she gave it back to Din after rescuing him, she was wrong, as he had no right to it. She was just as wrong in giving it back to him as Sabine was in giving it to her, because it no longer belongs to Din.
Din doesn't want it, and he certainly hasn't expressed any intentions of ruling Mandalore, or any desire to lead at all, really. He tried to give it away to Bo as soon as he got it from Gideon.
Bo-Katan, on the other hand, sees it as her destiny (or at least did at one point). Plus, she demonstrated very well just how good she is with it, and took that creature out with ease, whereas Din can't even hold it above waist level for more than a couple of seconds.

So no spoilers but I saw parts of Ep7 early at Celebrations and I think everyone will be happy. I Personally enjoyed this episode felt very George Lucas like something he would've directed for Clone Wars but it's the placement I have a problem with should've came earlier in the season instead of the third to last episode. But after seeing the clips of the next episode I'm 100% fine with this episode now I feel like people have been overrating with this season alot acting like it's the end of Star Wars. This season for me has been alot of build up and I see the last two episode paying off a big chance they took with this season by having everything be build up upon build up so hopefully it pays off.
Idk if these people watch alot of shows but personally some of my favourite shows have Seasons that are a little mixed and take time to build up for example Clone Wars, Star Trek The Next Generation, Daredevil etc. Not all shows will have amazing Season after a Season with some starting out meh to others starting out amazing then meh and then back to amazing again. So yeah I feel that just comes with watching shows they'll be seasons that are better than the others and ones with Seasons that try something new.
Then you got those Fandom Menace channels who just jump at anything and start pumping out hate leading to waves of fans shitting on stuff they once loved and jumping sides. No one hates Star Wars more than Star Wars fans afterall. So yeah to me at least Season 3 of Mandalorian as been fine not my personal favourite Season so far yet but not the worse thing I've ever seen far from it.
Well said some of the episodes were wasted though and I would like to have at least 12 episodes per season since the episodes are only like 30 minutes long some of them are even less.. They're milking everything at this point...

What 'most' reactors / people seem to forget is that Gideon (or someone--possibly blue?--above his rank) still has at least "one" DarkTrooper Droid (if not many more). They were created out of Beskar "alloy", and thus they can 'leave behind' evidence of their fight to free Gideon (either sheered or broken -off during the "struggle").
Mandalorian Armor is formed out-of PURE Beskar, not an "alloy," so it would not leave anything larger than particle-sized flecks, behind... if anything at all. (Luke's Lightsaber was able to cut through them 'all', only because of this impure "alloy" of Beskar; he would have had to Force Crush each-&-every-one-of-them, if they were created out-of PURE Beskar; fore his saber-blade would have just bounced right off, similar to how Lightsaber blades react to Din's Armor.) [That would have been quite a "shock" to our Hero Luke's 'uneducated' mind; but, he would have quickly adapted... in-spite-of what K. Kennedy chooses to "believe" / make-believe about Skywalker's mind.]

Axe woves and his crew did not help Moff Gideon to escape, For a piece of beskar alloy to end up stuck in the cabin’s wall it either came from a weapon no Mandalorian would use, or someone intentionally placed it there. In either case, that beskar alloy “evidence” seems to absolve any Mandalorian far more than it implicates them.
If this was a setup designed to frame Mandalorians and free Gideon, the most likely culprits are allies of the Imperial officer who a) don’t care about killing New Republic soldiers, b) have the ability to pull off a daring extraction, c) have access to beskar, and d) don’t want Mandalorians working with the newly established government.
Some of the actor cameos took me out of the episode, but Doc was awesome lol Wonderful reaction Laurenn!
Ok, now that the side mission is done...and the Saber was 'handed' to Bo Katan, let's get to the issue of whether or not Bo Katans old crew took a job and broke Gideon out...and what's going to happen with the mythosaur. Also want to know when Grogu gets another chance to 'add' to his Mandalorian armor...😉. This was a fun side episode. Great to see Christopher Lloyd, although that was a looooong throwback (Dooku??? Really????). Lauren, always, always a joy to watch with you. Peace. Light and Love my friend. ✌️🥰❤. I have spoken.

I'm shocked, shocked I tell you, that Judge Doom could possibly be a villain.
Also, Lizzo made a very touching post about how her late father introduced her to Star Wars when she was young.
The thing is that "droid" wasnt a droid it was an organic that used droid parts, now some people will say well he was mostly droid. well Maul was half droid his bottom half was robotic, tell me in what rule says what percentage a creature must be organic to be able to wield the darksaber.
Now some will say that "droid" wasnt going to rule mandalor nor did he challenge Din for the saber. well it isnt specified ANYWHERE that the wielder MUST be directly challenged for the Saber, they engage in battle as warriors do without notice or planning, for example when Din defeated Gidion Din didnt challenge him for the Saber directly or knowingly but he claimed it nonetheless, because it the act of being defeated as a warrior, regardless if it was a trap set by a "droid" or a impromptu 1v1 or a direct challenge.
The basic rule for the Darksaber is that to the victor goes the spoils(the Darksaber) and with those spoils comes the added benefit to rule Mandalore, it doesnt mean you HAVE to rule it means you have that option...knowingly or unknowingly.
All in all Din was correct she defeated the Creature that defeated him, thus the Saber is Bo's.
It was fun, but at least we ended with having a fleet of military trained Mandos

Good choice. Season 3 is dreadful, not just Mandalorian standard, but any TV show for that matter.
Season 3 is awesome! What if Din was just the start of the story. Bo is a bad arse. Din and her will probably end up together. Maybe there is a reason Grogu left Luke. Maybe Grogu can foresee that the next chapter of the big picture will not be in the new Republic, but with the Mandalorians. Bo is the princess of Mandalore. Mando's destiny and hers are intertwined. It's mostly men that feel this way. They couldn't take Rey being the most powerful force users and they can't take Bo being a great warrior.

It amazes me how people fail to grasp the significance of what is being portrayed here, like basically take world history and apply it to Star Wars on a grander scale because you a universe rather than just nations on a single planet. People complaining about a single actor hired for a specific role or part of a story line for a single episode are totally missing how you have 2 world wars in 25 years. Think of Star Wars as an enjoyable history lesson instead of crying about who was hired for a specific role or something about a single episode you don’t like because at the end of the day it’s story telling and you can relate it to real life….

either bo gets killed or they fall in love eventually , Me personally I liked everything I've seen so far... My main problem episodes are way too short literally 30 minutes if you cut out all the fat on either end

This wasn't my favorite episode, don't get me wrong it wasn't bad I just felt like it was a filler episode like they could have left out like 90% of this episode without it affecting the overall story. Mandalorians would kill Gideon. Especially this group. He took part in the Great Purge after all. Also not all the beskar in the galaxy is in the possession of Mandalorians.

The best kind of filler episode for a good long while - we got fish romance, Lizzo and Jack Black power couple, droid dive bars and it culminates in the anointing of Queen Bo.
A mixed bag but with some delicious morsels.

This was the worst episode in the entire series so far. I tried to be to much. It wanted to be a comedy, a murder mystery, and an action show. It just didnt work. There are also too many arcs going on this season, as well. A lot of people are saying this will be where the Mandalorian jumped the shark. I hope not. Time will tell.
Easily the worst Mandalorian episode of all time. It's hard to fathom how Disney gave season 3 a greenlight.
These are the worst written shows I’ve ever seen.
