In regular undertale
Pc/laptop- nothing
PS4- you can pay gold for many new items and cosmetics to come and decorate the room
Switch-the whole room is broken and all the cosmetics and decorations are broken, and there’s a door, if you enter you fight mad mew mew
Xbox- the whole room is broken and the door too, then the annoying dog comes and cleans up all the trash and puts up a few slot machines to gamble on, the more you gamble the more weird decorations may br added

The secret boss is also in the switch version and then you have to go through the whole game in order to unlock it and I haven't completely played through the PS4 version but I believe it's the same way except you got to do a bunch of donations and then the shrine will be split at the end? I do know that the donation box thing is available in the PlayStation version and the switch version you just have to wait until the end. PlayStation version you can go under the sink but you have the donation box.

In normal on a neutral or flawed pacifist run you can keep reloading after talking to sans at the end, and using his key he gives you by doing the reload trick 3 times and using the key to unlock the door. You can also dodge all the special thanks names from a true pacifist and the door will unlock
