I'm trying to learn to play the ukulele as my first stringed instrument. I was interested in trying the banjolele next. Seeing George Harrison and Jeff Lynne playing them gives me a new respect for the instrument.
George taught Tom Petty to play the ukulele. When he tried to give Tom one, Tom hesitated taking it. Until, that is, George opened the trunk (okay, "boot") of his car and it was full of ukuleles!!
Get yourself a uke, find a course on RUclips, practice daily you'll be proficient in no time. I love playing Traveling Wilburys songs on the uke. Even a simple strum pattern is good.
@@mrfester42 In the catalogue they were referred to as the Ludwig Display Model. It’s genuinely referred to as the Crowns model to distinguish it from the Ludwig Wendell Hall model.
@@resonator_95 Thanks for answering. Is there anywhere online or elsewhere where I can go to see or download Ludwig catalog pages from back then? I'm a collector and like to have catalog stuff to use as reference.

Slavicinferno A Ludwig Crowns and a Gibson UB2 De-Luxe. Both from around 1927 and very valuable.
@@resonator_95 Ludwig Crowns? Is "Crowns" the model name? I collect banjo ukes and I never heard of a Ludwig banjo uke with that name.
