Really good vid bud! I live in Melbourne about 40 minutes north. I've never land fished there (usually in a boat) but i can see some advantages to being on solid ground. I see you're ALLLL the way out on the south side. Be careful, one rouge wave could suck. Be safe and catch fish!
Thank you man glad you enjoyed it! Yeah I've actually only fished it by land a few times never by boat. And yeah buddy it's an adventure to say the least by land on those rocks! The good thing is it's not as slippery as you would think. Also I definitely had that thought go through my head a few times (the waves taking you off), thankfully we all had a safe trip. I'll hopefully be going back soon I live in Pensacola so not to far of a drive. Tight lines bud 🎣
@@crhooked I caught small ones on 3" NLBNs overnight there 1/2oz head. Day time no luck any size NLBN, shrimp, mullet, or pinfish 🤷♂️ We just hit a bad weather pattern or something. Fished it from 9pm that Friday night through Saturday night 12:15am then drove back. With sleep breaks lol.
@gofishtn Yeah NLBNs do the trick for sure, also we were using mojarra. Glad to hear you at least got a few though! Yeah the weather has a huge effect on the fishing pattern it also went from a cold front back to hot recently, so that could throw them off. 😂 love the passion buddy definitely had my fair share of fishing trip with almost more time driving then fishing 🎣. Helps when you got buddies for sleep breaks for sure!
Yeah it's a MAD HOUSE daily that's for sure, but the reward is worth it no doubt. I think next time I go I'm taking my kayak. Also really appreciate you for watching.
