Kids need to be inspired and encouraged, and kids will always give their all in anything they do. As adults, we seem to lose that eagerness and will to do our best and Gordon doesn’t need that negativity in his chefs. I also hate adult chefs that make poor excuses. “You’ve been cooking for how long? How dare you waste my time with anything less than your best?”
I think part of it is because Ramsay is a father of 4 himself, plus the kids put the extra effort into the food and Gordon likes to see that in his chefs.

When dealing with youth, you have to inspire them and give them proper guidance and teach them incredible cooking skills. I'm glad they decided to help these kids grow and learn rather than berate them. Really good way to help the future of the culinary world.
I love how organised these kids are... Executing orders and placing themselves in order and rank. Its impressive. Imagine if we started doing this in science, dance, music and math.

There is not a celebrity working within reality TV who is as good with children as Gordon Ramsay. His child manner is absolutely amazing and reassuring. And surprisingly, Joe's brilliant with them too! I never miss an episode of Masterchef Junior USA

Its always nice to see young kids having a passion for something they love doing, especially when it comes to them having a passion for cooking 🔥 some of these young chefs cook better than alot of some adults out there and its really nice and wholesome to see people like Gordon showing them the ropes and teaching them and the kids taking in all the valuable information to become the master chefs they dream and aspire to be 💎
People judge good chef on judging other people's cooking style by saying why are these chefs mean to these guys if they not good at cooking? They are nice if you actually see the nice videos. There are more nice videos of chef helping others instead of just ranting every time and saying others are bad.
