But Cant afford to buy even 1 Today.. So u can imagine the Appreciation. Owner might bought on loan & Now he is getting Good returns + Timeless property.
Apts in Mumbai are literally more expensive than proper houses and cottages in many far more developed countries. London and NY real estate costs are a different story though.
