@@muthuram2700 Well, do not expect flagship photography because F5 price is half the price. I still have Samsung Note 9 and camera wise the video and photos (i can say) that it's still better but my Note 9's screen and battery is worst. With enough light, Poco F5 still produce great photos. F5's chipset is flagship level.
Watching on my Poco F5. I been putting this phone through so much gaming on max and heavy app usage, I need to touch grass I know but this phone is insane, not a beast but a leviathan of a performer.
saw in throttle tests in many videos that it fails to sustain the performance for long time such as 30 mins throttle test or veen 15 for sake , kindly do it and check if its really fails to maintain unlike the og sd 870

@@harissohail6001 i think he's watching throttling tests and not gaming performance, and obviously in gaming videos, none of it have throttling but maybe only in tests

you should not play games consistently on high settings and 60 fps, it will result in severe battery degradation and a fried motherboard. Try finding a middle ground between super high and mid end gaming for the longetivity of your device
I've owned a LOT of hi end Samsung phones in the past and my F5 is just a beast, minus the camera. The side mounted fingerprint reader is just so fast convenient. This is hards down the most energy efficient chip in the market today with out sacrificing its performance
hows the battery life. mine kinda suffers a lil for me, specially with miui optimization turned off. I even use it on 60hz since I never used any 120 herz mode on any phone I just dont see the appeal. With miui optimization off, I can see a better battery life but compared to my redmi note 9s this phone doesnt last nearly as long.

@@akilbarboni41987 month user here, i mostly got 10 hours of sot on heavy usage of social media like instagram or youtube, while intense gaming for a long time usually have around 6-7 hours of sot. my settings are 60hz framerate, disable wallpaper carousel, digital wellbeing, and on airplane mode with wifi

Should I get poco f5 or iphone 11, which is better in terms of camera, gaming performance, temperature and battery especially if I want to game with it and have a phone with decent camera. Games like codm and warzone
Take Iphone if you only need a litlle bit better camera but if you want better gaming expirience, smoother display , better screen,.. take POCO F5

I totally agree on what you said Kuya Renzo and that while Poco still has a lot improve when it comes to their software. We can still see that the deadboot issues have been long gone from their phones.
When it comes to custom rom, I am currently using Evolution X on Poco F3 and it works fine and banking apps works as well.
Can you update Evolution directly from the phone? Or you need every time to reinstall full system?

@buike.1you can go for poco f5 pro , but f5 is the better choice.
@buike.1 both's performance are excellent since F5 Pro and 12t Pro almost have the same specs in terms of gaming F5 pro takes the edge since its a little cheaper
@buike.1 thats the exact opposite in ours 12T Pro is around 540-600$ while F5 Pro is only 400-500 Max

they say poco updates are a bit behind compare to redmi, which is why i also considered xiaomi note 13 pro. but everyone's been saying that this poco f5 is a beast :D. this will be my first poco phone, I really hope it's as good and long lasting like my xiaomi/redmi phones

Does updating the phone (pocof5) make issues like deadboot and motherboard issues like other poco phones?
Don't update your phone, apart from d issues you mention, update degrades camera quality and battery, dis is my years of experience of using xiaomi midrangers, they do this so you go for newer releases after sometimes.. I updated my redmi note 9 once and it wouldn't boot up but dats only after alot of update.. I don't update anymore

I bought the Redmi Note 12 Turbo which is the Chinese version of Poco F5, it is 120USD cheaper (I live in Hong Kong so it's easy to get Chinese version) and I installed custom ROM to get rid of Chinese software. No regrets

im using poco x3 nfc until now since 2019 and it will turn 3 years on me next month seems fine to me though it has screen issue green lines on screen from punch hole downwards but i ddnt encounter bootloop or deadboot until now.. still want to use poco phones if i had too

Could anyone help? Im stuck between Realme Gt Neo 3t and Poco F5, both of which i can afford. but Poco F5 in my country is like 276 dollars by discount and im having a tough time deciding. I want a gaming phone, with okayish cameras, good battery and good frame rate.
If you have extra money to spend on, try for the normal GT neo 5,it has a smaller 4600MaH battery but has 240watts of charging to fill up in 10 minutes with a snapdragon 8+ gen 1
BUT, it's other specs are the same as the Neo 5SE but the SE is cheaper lol

The statement of them "fixing" the bootloop issue years ago is misleading. The phones from years ago are now facing this issue. The problem doesn't exist on newer phones YET. But that doesn't mean they've fixed it.
And the bootloop issue doesn't show up until 1 or 2 years into the phone's lifecycle.

I've been using my poco f5 since last last month and from redmi note 9 pro 5g its a big leap in terms of performance perhaps if you consider camera don't buy the poco f5 its not really good at that aspect;)
hows the battery compared to ur redmi note 9 pro. just like u I came from redmi note 9 pro, and I fee like note 9 pro had a monster battery life compared to this.
I really need answer for this. Poco F5 will get only 2 years update for major software update and 3 years update for security update. I can't find other disadvantages except for this. So, it's worth to buy ? Do both update important to phone ? Pls answer 😭🙏🏻
It's worth it. You can't get a phone that cheap with such performance and overall features. You could always go for Samsung if update is really that important to you.

As far as my experience goes, Poco phones are less likely to slow down after a few years. Samsung does slow down after a couple.
