Don't scare people, you are getting 4-5 hours of screen time because you play warzone mobile (the most demanding game right now) on max settings, with high brightness and 120hz, with normal use you would get 8-10 hours, don't scare people for no reason
Also add charging takes less than an hour to full charge it

I got this phone for the early bird price, it's worth it for me and it's my first poco phone too. And i enjoyed it even though the battery could be better but it's a trade-off for the good display and powerful chipset not to mention the charging bonkers fast and I casual gaming so I'm actually fine with it. Tbf there's no such thing as a perfect phone. I actually love the minimalist design, and i can slap a phone cooler at the back without too much obstructions. Good honest review.
(Update: the battery is 2x better now thanks to some minor battery saving tweaks, restricting all apps from running in background, and some debloating)

For the design I do not like the F6 but seeing it up close during the launch and the camera performance I could see the Poco F6 is quite good of a phone.
nobody smart cares about the design. costs 2-3 usd to buy a decent phone case lmao.
i'm using 7% battery for every hour of watching video. so that's about 15 hours screen on time. not sure what this guy is talking about getting 4-5 hours.
You can’t calculate a whole use on a partial test. You should do a drain test instead.
He did get 4-5 hours because he was playing games, that are draining the battery and he also said, that you could get better screen time if you mostly watch videos.
He might have tested it on 120hz

The difference of usage
guys were getting high end performance with a great battery , decent cameras and a flagship level chipset and decent ui , asking for more without wanting to pay more seems greedy , maybe it is expected and common but it is not boring in any way.

I want to buy a phone in mid 2024... Poco F5 was my primary choice.. (Coz of custom roms, headphone jack, etc)
But now F6 has Ufs 4.0.. And better gaming experience.. So, which one should I buy.. Please tell with proper reasons..
Poco f6 is such a small improvement that i would consider the F5 a better option even now for both the 3.5 jack and lower resolution. The normal 1080p phone resolution is enough for my eyes, makes games run better and doesnt drain as much battery.

Don't buy POCO F6 5G, I am regretting it after buying it on the first day of sale. After 1 week of normal usage my phone started having a screen flickering problem, I only noticed it 3-4 times so I ignored it. But after 1 month my display is dead. The service center employees were very rude and informed that there are no displays available for replacement in Mumbai. At the service center I met 2 more customers with the same F6 display dead problem. POCO F6 has a serious display issue.

I dropped mine 6ft high in tiles still good as new.
@@ponchopalito3953 bought it online. I asked the service for a replacement or refund. They say as per policy we will fix your device. Nothing more. After screen replacement my device is fixed. But good bye to my IP64 ratings, dust and water resistance is gone now since my device is opened from factory seal.

@@RenzoClaros It's hard for me to say goodbye to F1 because I love it so much and I am emotionally attached to POCO F series... 🤭 I am also a big photography lover, which is not a great thing, considering that all POCO F series have a lower quality cameras... However, my POCO F1 still makes a decent photos, sometimes even a better ones than my sisters phone Samsung Galaxy S23 FE - which is shocking. 😂 Thank you very much for your reply and help! 🥰

To be fair what he said was his perspective and opinion any thing that is againts on what you experience doesn't mean it is true it is different for every person. for me Poco F6 is a good phone, but if you really want efficiency for every buck go for the china version Redmi Turbo 3 same specs and way cheaper like 30% or more depending on your country, cons are theres no local warranty but if you are a risk taker like me just try and you wont be disappointed.
the only thing missing in this phone is a good selfie, if it had that I will buy it in a heart beat, I will buy a phone in 2 weeks max, probably the one that I will have in my hands is the Edge 50 Pro, where I live it's basically just a 100 dollars more expensive.
Check gsm arena selfie samples, they are much better than poco f6 pro with more space and neutral look

Yeah, he doesnt make much sense. I really dont know why most of the western oriented media has a bias against chinese phones, especially Xiaomi. Even the most common complaint, that software sucks ass and its full of ads doesn't stand these days, did anyone use Samsung lately? One UI is just as bloated as MIUI/HyperOS is.

Don't. I've used iphone 11 and the iphone 12 and Poco F5. I'd say Poco F5 has SOT of 7-8 hours compared to iphone 11 and 12 which lasts only 4-5 hours

I have an F3 I got no complain with the performance but lately battery is a concern as it doesn't last throughout the day even in 60FPS mode.
also the camera in low light struggles a lot both in videos and photos.
should I upgrade to the F6 or go for Galaxy A55 but I don't like 1UI for lack of app locker and skin smoothing features on the camera , rest is ok.

If you're not a heavy gamer and you still want a good camera, Infinix GT20 Pro and Tecno Camon 30 Pro are likely better options. They are not a good in terms of gaming performance, but they still do well while having great cameras for the price tag.
The Poco X6 and F6 series focused too much on performance for me. Tho, I like to play heavy games like Genshin, I also like taking a lot of photos. So I'll go for something more balanced tbh.

Both Infinix and Tecno have wobbly stabilization in video. Their OIS doesn't really work in it.
Sound quality of video sucked, mumbling words, disconnected presentation to the audience. We all stopped watching. Take these areas for improvement.

Im gonna be buying the redmi turbo 3 since its cheaper lol, but ive seen the camera sensor is different than the f6, the f6 has the Sony IMX882 i think while the redmi turbo 3 has the Sony LYT-600 does that make a big difference?
I haven’t tested them side by side but sensors play a minor role in this case since it mostly comes down to software processing.
I get low battery life because i play pubg at 120 fps for 4 hours aa day . And I have to charge 2 times a day because of that . But I when don't play pubg . The phone last all day.

I have the redmi note 10 pro and it kinda sucks.
Im willing to settle on low graphics and 30 fps gaming for more battery life (4-5 hours). I only get around 3-4 hours of gaming on the redmi and it overheats easily (3 minutes of gaming its already at 43°C)

Got the F5 around 8 months ago. it's still super smooth and lag free. it gets hot but not too much that it's bothersome like others say, I'm not quite sure why the F5 stability benchmarks are always poor but it doesn't translate in real world usage. My friend got an F6 so we were able to compare, they are pretty much the same in speed and sometimes F5 was faster. so I'd probably upgrade when F7 comes out or F8 lol

The chipset is what makes the POCO F6. The Cameras are really average. I would upgrade in a heart beat if they had better cameras
I mean HyperOS is great but also bad at same time, yeah im sure they improve a lot but the problem is the optimization is so bad and the battery for some reason doesnt hold longer for 6 hours atleast, even a samsung phone with exynos chip still got decent 7 hours onscreen, this is truly disappoint and that's why i changed to samsung, samsung might not bring more about performance but definitely give me more than 1 day usage.
