Max, they fixed MKX's netcode so they could test Injustice 2's netcode. That's why they did it "later than they needed to." Not that I'm complaining here.
Max should do the Crystal move more often that's a move you can also hit people on the ground with. You can the normal or second version. Hope it helps

I love putting people in doom loops and when they resign themselves to the idea that ok that character is dead i snap them to the next one and loop o death kill and the next one is a sitting duck the level of depth to this game is crazy although its as simple as checkers its got a chess pedigree built in
because i don't always use doom and I only really do it to douchebag players that hit the taunt button repeatedly or teabag so that makes it extra fun for me if i'm having a good match with a good player there's no need to be a asshat to them until they show me otherwise

nickbotful max is intermediate level, he mainly plays against his viewers who are all scrubs. if you think he is good wait till you fight people who actually put in time and effort. plus it's fun fighting someone who can easily body you because you can learn and improve

I main Dante and have been since vanilla mvc3 and I will say you are partially right. he should have x factored into lv3 to avoid the missiles when he did the reverb shock. that would have killed doom, gave himself invincibility and left enough space to setup a cross up for Virgil with the acid rain-teleport mixup that we Dantes love so much. the only problem is that Dante is more of a point character than a comeback character due to the fact he has 49 moves and an amazing ability to cross up with assists. granted he becomes better just like everyone else in Xfactor his combos have to be done differently to compensate for the speed boost but he does get access to an infinite which is cool. akuma would have been free against a lv3 Dante with 1+ bars. akuma is beyond a glass cannon. sorry for the long explanation Lol I can talk all day about Dante 😂 and yes jet stream would have worked but only if the startup on it didn't get interrupted by the middle which is why the lv3 would have been cause most lv3s in the game give the character invincibility frames. except Spencer, his bionic arm is like a lv3, that attack is nutty
