Lastly, I wanted to listen to this on Spotify yesterday, but realised this episode was yet to drop, so watching it here, I feel I would have missed out on so many things if I had listened on there, example, I won't be able to see the drawing board and Mia's make the sound effect and many more.
Moving forward, I think listening/watching it here is perfect for me.

Yes, the Spotify and Apple podcasts are usually delayed by a day or two. Glad you found the youtube helpful!

I must first say, when Allison said she wakes up 2am everyday for a week, I checked my time and it was exactly 2am, and guess what? Am laying beside my snoring husband...lol
Wow!!! Getting a shout out is sweet, I can't even lie 😂😂, Thank you guys.
The calendar is big, I had also never done it before, never seen any reason to, but now, I feel motivated to.
    Mia's sound effect was hilarious..
I can relate with Mia's idea of what gets in the way, my head is filled with what had gone wrong in 2023(it's about to be in the past), also, I love Allison's point too, what about the people that thinks our plans are wierd? Regardless, I plan to try creating my own vision board, mine would be written or drawing, and playing is my favourite, so am sure it's going to be fun, but Mia talked about the action part and I was like, there we go.
    Take away.
    1. Seeing how long it takes Allison 50 years for a breakthrough, how about I go slow with my self and enjoy the process.
    2. Playfully sketch out my vision board.
    3. Build a tiny practise on a daily basis that can help me get there.
    4. Get supported.
Personally, I hate to make commitment, because I get bored of old things and always love to spice things up a little, so I am present to a little bit resistance in doing it, but I am going to do it, and I heard Mia said it's okay for the plan to change, that's refreshing.
Also, Mia's talk about swimming makes me want to go learn how to swim, maybe I might have her same experience, who knows!!! Hmmm, that would be on my vision board, I love water.
I am present to so much joy, and ease on your faces...
It would be hard to understand what I had written if you didn't watch the show. Needed to say that.
    Love you both.

Sherifat! Thanks for your feedback and your commitment to doing your work. You'll have to send us a photo of your vision for 2024!

I am a high school teacher and I am watching all of your shorts, and gaining valuable insights. First, I just wanted to leave a comment because I see that not many people have actively engaged with you and I really appreciate the content. Secondly, I couldn’t find your name anywhere :) I ended up on one of your interview videos and someone called you Allie, so hi, did I spell that correctly?
