Rome Avanti - Unused Route Exploration + Out of Bounds Secrets (Mario Kart Tour)

- Rome Avanti is the latest new city track added to Mario Kart Tour. In this video, I will walk through all of the routes in this beautiful city, including a currently unused route. Also, expect to see some out of bounds secrets!

Honestly Route 3 is the most interesting route, from the looks of it! Excited for later this year when it comes.
I have to say... Nintendo did an awesome job on this. And I absolutely love how you did the tracks 1 by 1. Much appreciated it!
Here are my route predictions for Rome Avanti in the Booster Course Pass:
Lap 1 - Rome Avanti 1
Lap 2 - Rome Avanti 2
Lap 3 - Rome Avanti 3
In order to get from RA1 to RA2, at 1:28, instead of going straight, the track will instead go to right which then leads to RA2 for Lap 2. Something similar would also happen to get RA2 to RA3 during Lap 2. At 3:49, instead of going to the right, the track will go straight. This would be interesting because there will be racers going in the opposite direction which will cause more chaos. The reason I have Lap 2 be RA2 and not be the first or final lap is because I believe driving through the Coliseum is a great way to introduce and finish of the track.

From the looks of it, Rome 3 would go through the Trevi Fountain and Through the Colosseum with Chain Chomps as Obstacles
hey got a question. I aint on discord and you seem to know the most according to many people.
Are certain cities finished in terms of no more varaints? eg new york has 4 routes and i do not see any other paths. But somthing like singapore has only 3 r routes. Vancouver looks like it can have a 4th route through the other exit of the ice ring.
Do you know which cities are complete? Is there a rule that its always 4 variants?
What did you use to explore Rome Avanti?
I'm sure most routes will get used. (Unlike peach garden... well it did get used but in Deluxe)
MK8DX route prediction:
Lap 1: Rome Avanti 1
Lap 2: Rome Avanti 3 + End of Rome Avanti 2
Lap 3: Rome Avanti 2
I feel like that the metal bridge road in Rome avanti 3 has potential to have clapping yoshis, Shy guys, and Toads in the background

I'm a bit confused, does this joint have multiple start point like in Singapore Speedway? Also, do you think you can predict how will we race at this track on MK8DX?
We don't know if the course will have an extra checkpoint in Mario Kart 8 Deluxe, but I don't think it will.
My prediction:
Lap 1: Rome Avanti 1
Lap 2: Rome Avanti 3 + End of Rome Avanti 2
Lap 3: Rome Avanti 2
@@harrybest2041 I think it'll be 1, 2R, and 3, since 2R feels like the normal direction to me.
@@ThighFish 2 has two jumps down. The only city course (normal variant) to have more jumps up than down is Amsterdam Drift 2, which had its reverse variant incorporated in MK8DX's version anyway.

I’ll be honest; I found it really hard to keep track of how the different routes connect together because of the constant twisting & turning you were doing.
A little disappointed in new Pantheon, but I think this city has the potential to be the best City track.
Nah, Singapore still better. Plus, it feels like an average European track, which we have a lot of at this point in time.

@@a.jdeets5527 Just saying. We could've had Rio or Cairo instead of getting a 6th European track. It has potential but it was a underwhelming finale to the mkt city tracks in my opinion so far. (They might add another but I highly doubt it.) Can't judge it fully cause Rome Avanti 3 isn't out, but I have low hopes for this track.
@@roycecarter3368There is another city track coming, both the prefix datamine and Tour datamine files prove it. Also Rome had to be in the game, it’s one of the most important and iconic cities in the world.
@@roycecarter3368There's still one more. Mario Kart 8 Deluxe's prefix datamine shows that there's one more unreleased city course left. There's one ID gap in Mario Kart Tour that could fit another multi-route course. Assets usually appearing in city courses exist in Tour's files with the abbreviated internal name "Mobmd". It's probably Madrid.
