Good stuff! Is there any way to make a section for imagery licensing? I often license my images for use. For example, if it's for a real estate listing, they can use the imagery until the property sells. If it's for a commercial real estate company, they can use it for a year, as they take longer. If it's for a commercial business, I charge a higher rate and licensing and it can be anywhere from in perpetuity to arranged licensing terms.
