Tried in W10 but no possible to put taskbar on center

it is possible,
Unlock your Taskbar
then, right-click on taskbar, navigate to toolbars menu and click on Links.
Hold and drag the Links to left side of the taskbar until the icons pop out from the right-side.
after that drag the icons in the middle of the taskbar and lock your taskbar.

unlock your taskbar,
you'll get an option "show title", uncheck that and lock back the taskbar.
