Lament can switch room too for me one time it switch when I thought Yama but it was a lament

Any Ghosts can go out of its room and go back to it eventually, only the YAMA will CHANGE the ghost room,

Laments are loopable, along with Yureis, they will not speed up, the main diference is that the laments will have their footsteps sounds to be more quiet, barely hearing them, also you will barely hear the heartbeats
