Just wanted to say a big thank you ♥️ My dish was a big success! The aroma brought back so many memories from my childhood and when I would arrive to abuelas house after school 😊 I was very close with my Abuela, she taught me how to cook but this was one of those dishes that I just never got the chance to write down… instantly once I tasted it I knew my Abuela would be proud ❤️🤗🙏🏼💗🙏🏼 thanks so much for sharing your abuela is amazing !!!!

Abuela no la puso. Ella siempre me dice que naranja y limón pueden endurecer la carne si la pones antes de cocinarla. Entonces para ese toque sugerimos que lo pongas al final cuando lo vas a comer!

Yes, it was about 5 pounds or so. At the market they sell it in that big chunk.

Pressure cooking was for busy moms like Microwaving. Bad idea.
I Roast or Slow cook not pressure cook. PC ruins it.
