- D&D Lore has many obscure parts that have interesting stories due to adventures and modules written on them in the past. One such adventure where you as a player can interact with an Elemental Slaad Lord of Chaos and ruin is found in Dragon Magazine 101. This chronicles the tale of Bazim-Gorag, the fire bringer.

@@The_NaturalOnes yes, used a refluffed statblock of Magera the Dawn Titan (SKT), as they'd theoretically be a 'similar' power scale in their avatar/physical form.
Grung in the party was doing research into batrachi, spent a Wish to get in contact with one which opened a portal to where he was imprisoned. Left with a gapping hole punched in his chest with a slaad stone now in his body. Has been a background story arc for the past few months of his body slowly undergoing changes because of what Bazim-Garag did to him. Fun times.
