I hope the fanbase would actually give constructive criticism, and doesn't abuse KuroGames. What I hate about the Genshin community is that they harass voice actors when they don't get what they wanted. As well as affecting others apps when the anniversary is shit. I just wish the fanbase don't abuse the kindness KuroGames have when listening to us about changing the game for the better.
For the WuWa community, let me share some mantras:
Genshin is different from WuWa.
Genshin is not WuWa.
WuWa is not Genshin.
PGR is different from WuWa.
PGR is not WuWa.
WuWa is not PGR.
Memorize these mantras and embed them into your subconscious, and I guarantee it will reduce drama by at least 50%.

My philosophy is: Being a meta slave is a sign of weakness and insecurity of not being good enough to clear/progress in a game without meta slaving. Hence why I encourage everyone to pull for characters YOU like and feel a bond and a connection with. There are no bad characters, only bad players

I am sure my favorite unit that can hit 30 times doing 100 dmg will be more fun in a game full of HP fodder, while the 'meta slave' can hit 3 times for 500 dmg

nope you don't get the rewards if you don't pre register. that's the point of it. you can see every reward on the website
