Great work. 1st time I've seen anyone physically remove the front plate. Makes it look so much cleaner. Can't stand the fake cheap toy like rotary dials on my F1 rim so definitely following your lead on this. Subbed.
Amazing job on the mods. Was wondering on buying the wheel and doing it by myself too, but I have a question about the front metal plate. Is it hard to take off? Or is just unscrew, take off and cautiously put the carbon fiber? Buttons swap are necessary for taking of the metal plate?
Thank you! The metal plate itself is not hard to remove. It's just glued on the wheel. But..you have to remove all the buttons and main board first to remove the plate. But you can keep the original buttons after removing the plate.
Hi l did my ferrari f1 wheel exactly the same as yours except for the usb connection cable as I only race on console with game disc's but the wheel came up great I'm so glad I saw your video cheers 🍻 thanks again 👍🙂
I think you've done a great job with the wheel, I think I might have ago myself, I've just ordered the paddle shifters already and they are on there way, I already have a large sheet of the carbon fiber wrap, so I can use that, yeah great job the wheel looks great 👌👊
Nice job on the video. Looks clean. Can you confirm if this f1 wheel works with gt7 and assetto corsa on ps4 with the t300? Are there other games it works with too? Thanks
Amazing, I do have a question. How did you put the new buttons in? Did you totally remove the old ones with the casing and then solder the new ones on the cables?

@@SimRacingPal I see, thanks for the info! Makes sense that you replaced them if you have to take them off. Will think about it haha!

I don't own the PS4 but it should work with every game.
Hey, man. I see that you used the 12mm buttons. Would the 16mm work without the rubber? Or is it too large?
There is not enough space for 16mm as I remember.
After modifying it like this except the buttons and shifters, can u still change it back to normal without it looking any different?

Thank you! Yes I did it exactly like you described:)
@@SimRacingPal Okay thanks for the quick reply, I will now try it myself!
Are the fake dials on a separate metal plate, can I do this without changing the buttons
Yes, they are on the metal plate that is just glued on. If you are happy with the buttons you don't have to replace them.
Hi, do you know the diameter of the bolt you used to secure the led strip to the wheel, M3, M4 etc? Thanks
Hi, it's M3 :)
@@SimRacingPal thank you
Are you able to sell me one aurdino light that is completely built?
