3:35 can tell that startled you. Sure surprised me. Sure did look like a lightning strike. 5:49 definitely a gorgeous view of the sky. And I know that saying from watching the Deadliest Catch. Lol 10:46 sounds exactly like the sound a HP laptop computer makes when you disconnect something from it's USB port 11:55/12:32, 22:30/22:58 M7 echo! 12:55 😂🤣 exactly my thoughts on the acceleration sound of an M9. Another good one, Tim. Will be added to the playlist
I mean the acceleration on an M9 doesn’t sound terrible but if you’re high on that M7 sound like you are, I guess it would be pretty unbearable. The C3 K13A horn is ghastly. It sounds so bad that I occasionally dubb in audio of other more pleasing sounding horns.
@@3985uprr Yeah, M9s are ok. I'm glad they're not the majority of MUs. And it will be a sad day then they're around with no M7s. And I'm in agreement with you about the C3 horns.
Since when the MTA having LIRR trains terminate at Westbury on the main line? That sounds more crazy to me than the MTA having the LIRR terminate at the following stations: Freeport, Seaford, Wantagh and Massapequa on the Babylon branch.
@@3985uprr I know, but it sounds crazy and the fact that it makes all local stops up until Woodside, is surprising. For me my home LIRR station is Hollis and that would be useful for me.
3:35 That cannot be normal. Arcing does happen every once in a while but I’ve never seen it THAT bad. Awkwardly placed shoe perhaps? Edit: Also if you were to stare at that as it was happening, you could literally go blind! Sounds crazy but arcs contain ultraviolet rays, which are notorious for causing blindness. So it’s like directly staring into the sun! 😳
Oh, that echo was absolutely amazing!
Thanks for getting up early for us, Tim!!
Beautiful sunrise! Heavy rush hour action! Thanks for sharing😀👍👌
Early morning twilight views are awesome!! Look forward to seeing your videos!!!❤
Glad you like them!
I use to ride my bike from Franklin Square on New Hyde Park Road when I was younger.
That’s the way I went to go there
10:46 my computer for no reason when an appliance trips an outlet 💀
Loved this video.. Especilly the triple train “meet”. That must have given you great satisfaction..
10:47 someone disconnected a windows USB drive.....somewhere
Sparky?

tim i am a huge fan of you and your videos
Thank you very much. I appreciate it.
@@3985uprr you should come back to boston!
Me too!
Unfortunate montauk runs can't be shot from front! Oh well
Great job and I love it
You caught one of the rarer sunrises this past September. It seems like most sunrises this month have just been overcast!
Great job and I love it👍
That M-3 came in with both sets of lights on. Back in my day that meant the train was short. Wonder if that still applies !
I haven’t heard that philosophy being used lately
Love your NY&A Videos
Question Noticed a connecting line between bethpage and Babylon , ever used ? Would be cool to see a video for that unless boring?
That’s the central branch, which is used pretty much.
3:36 even made the car lights go out
Who liles diesels trains from the Montuak Branch
MY HOME STATION!!!!
Awesome Video
Seems like no issues on the line. Unfortunately for me, the A and C had significant delays this morning because someone got hit at Rockaway Ave.
Was that the subway line and did you mean Rockaway Bluivard...??😮
@@JonathanPeaks Rockaway Ave on the C line.
@@blackking7512 OK, got it (IND) line Brooklyn...

That’s something relatively new but the train originates out of Hicksville as equipment.

M3’s are more prone to light shows. They are old.
10:47 It almost sounds like the sound that a Windows computer will make when you get an error
12:25 that's a crazy echo
Glad people are hearing what I've been into since the first time I noticed that with M7s. It's the coolest thing about them. 😊
I challenge you to do the morning rush hour at Jamaica.
I will give that some thought.
Not trying to correct you Tim but I still call it Grand Central Madison
You have a right to call it what you wish. I don’t acknowledge that name at all.
3:34 Big lightshow
Why do the m7s make that unique sound
Ac traction motors. I’m not an electronic expert so I really don’t dare try to elaborate further.
@@3985uprr alright, thanks!
